I agree with every word you say. I have been a Dear of Dimash for six years now, and he is the only singer whose performances I watch every day. This particular one was one that I'd not seen before. His "Sinful Passion" I've multiple times watched in other variations, but because every variation is somewhat different from the previous ones, is just an indication of his enormous skill and mastery.

I discovered him quite by accident in 2017, when he was part of the Chinese talent show at the age of 22 ...The singer..... You can see all 12 songs he performed there and from there follow the evolution of Dimash. He is a no limit man, constantly improving on perfection. He is multi lingual and multi instrumental His talent, his stagepresence, his good looks, is matched by his humble and loving personallity.He has strong values and a huge love for family and country. Someone better than Dimash? ROFL. Not possible. He's been singing and studying music since he was 5. He first came to national attention when he appeared on the Chinses contest show "I Am Singer" back in 2017. It's a show for professional singers and is by invite only. He was the youngest ever participant and I believe the first non-Chinese singer to be invited. He was 22 then I believe. You can still find those videos. He also has he's own youtube channel where he posts videos. His most recent posts are 3 videos of the concert he just did recently in Almaty. You can watch them for free. At the concert he mostly does songs from the repertoire he's developed over the years. I would suggest watching he's older works first so you can see his growth. Although honestly, how he keeps improving is mind boggling. And just when you think you've seen all he can do - he proves you wrong. My favorite male artist ever. Yes - He's the Best. Vocal coaches are coming out and saying things like; The use of the vocal instrument "In the time before Dimash" and in the time "Of and Post Dimash". His skills are that extraordinary. And there's more - MUCH More. Dimash chose his parents well. Both are respected Kazakh singers, and if you listen to his mother singing you will hear a very clear bright piercing soprano. His base training was in Classical voice and for a long time it was thought - by others - that he was headed for a career in the National Opera Company. Indeed he was offered a very lucrative contract there. Dimash declined this, he had much broader ambitions. He loves and deliberately trained in: EVERYTHING ELSE as well. Contemporary; Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, also Musical Theatre and Trans-cultural Traditional - the list goes on... Even Kazakh Rap! He loves to play across genres and shows us how much creative cross-fertilization lives outside and between narrow genre specific 'lanes'. This bamboozles our modern Western Music Industry - which has become locked into a handful of established commercial genres and doesn't know quite how to classify him. That's OK. His audience -now numbering in the many hundreds of millions - know what is good music. Dimash has, wisely, skipped past these 'stables' and created his own DQ Label / Brand. {# On which topic; his fans pay attention to whether Reactors reference & link to his site.} As to his almost 8 octave range - his early vocal coaches say investigation of his vocal chords revealed them to be abnormally long for a male. That may be genetics, but also, during his adolescence he was often required to sing fm operatic parts, as well as male, so it may be that intense training during this transition is part of why he was able to sustain and extend his higher register/s. But genetics and range is nothing without all the skills and techniques he has deliberately placed in his 'tool kit', and then, of course there is his dedicated - DAILY - training regime for the past 20+ Years! So... How many others are going to get anywhere near Dimash's level? Not too many! Yes- many are prepared to travel far to experience this phemonenon Live.
Fair warning, his concerts are close to four hours long. He also sings in multiple languages and expects his Dears (fans) to participate and join in singing certain songs.

You'll find a looooot to watch. To your question if this is natural for him or how he has this huge vocal range: he studied music since he had 5 years old. He's now 28. He was trained in Bel canto, classical music, ópera and he's also graduated from the pop art school. He has a Master degree in musical composition and concluding his doctorade in musical theory. He sings from ópera to rap, whatever you can imagine. He plays seven instruments. He can dance, he composes, he acts, well, in fact we don't know yet if there's something he cant do. He had sing un 12 languages including mandarín and japanese. He speaks kasakh, russian and English. Five years ago his range was 6 octaves, but as he's always training he reaches now more than 7. It's not just his fans saying this, musical Scholar's have said a voice like Dimash only comes around once in a thousand years or more. Yes - He's the Best. Vocal coaches are coming out and saying things like; The use of the vocal instrument "In the time before Dimash" and in the time "Of and Post Dimash". His skills are that extraordinary. And there's more - MUCH More. Dimash chose his parents well. Both are respected Kazakh singers, and if you listen to his mother singing you will hear a very clear bright piercing soprano. His base training was in Classical voice and for a long time it was thought - by others - that he was headed for a career in the National Opera Company. Indeed he was offered a very lucrative contract there. Dimash declined this, he had much broader ambitions.
He loves and deliberately trained in: EVERYTHING ELSE as well. Contemporary; Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, also Musical Theatre and Trans-cultural Traditional - the list goes on... Even Kazakh Rap!
He loves to play across genres and shows us how much creative cross-fertilization lives outside and between narrow genre specific 'lanes'. This bamboozles our modern Western Music Industry - which has become locked into a handful of established commercial genres and doesn't know quite how to classify him. That's OK. His audience -now numbering in the many hundreds of millions - know what is good music. Dimash has, wisely, skipped past these 'stables' and created his own DQ Label / Brand.

As to his almost 8 octave range - his early vocal coaches say investigation of his vocal chords revealed them to be abnormally long for a male. That may be genetics, but also, during his adolescence he was often required to sing fm operatic parts, as well as male, so it may be that intense training during this transition is part of why he was able to sustain and extend his higher register/s. But genetics and range is nothing without all the skills and techniques he has deliberately placed in his 'tool kit', and then, of course there is his dedicated - DAILY - training regime for the past 20+ Years!
So... How many others are going to get anywhere near Dimash's level? Not too many!

Hi from México 🇲🇽 here you will have Dears from all over the planet guiding you if you decide to start your Dimash's journey. Yes, he's the best of the best, god level. You'll find a looooot to watch. To your question if this is natural for him or how he has this huge vocal range: he studied music since he had 5 years old. He's now 28. He was trained in Bel canto, classical music, ópera and he's also graduated from the pop art school. He has a Master degree in musical composition and concluding his doctorade in musical theory. He sings from ópera to rap, whatever you can imagine. He plays seven instruments. He can dance, he composes, he acts, well, in fact we don't know yet if there's something he cant do. He had sing un 12 languages including mandarín and japanese. He speaks kasakh, russian and English. Five years ago his range was 6 octaves, but as he's always training he reaches now more than 7.

Loved your facial reactions. Dimash has at least 30 voices 🙂 and it's just two songs he has much more and I can say he is the best. It's not just his fans saying this, musical Scholar's have said a voice like Dimash only comes around once in a thousand years or more. That pretty well qualifies it for me, definitely iny 54 years Nobody close, not even close and I have always been a diverse many genres lover of music even long before my time. Nope nobody close. Dive down the rabbit hole and you will surely be convinced.
