I just finished a rewatch of Fringe a couple of months ago, so riding along on your journey will be fun! Don't worry about having unanswered questions at the end of an episode of Fringe.. If you don't have questions you're not watching it right😀
This is without a doubt in the top 10 of the greatest American TV-series ever made. Period. I'm a huge fan. So glad to see you starting to react to this. I will be joining you all the way. You have a fun and cool energy about you. Well done.
fringe and person of interest are probably 2 of the best series of all time. it starts at point A and then at one point takes a 90 degree turn straight past the numbers and into the special characters section lol.
I keep hearing people compare Fringe to Person of Interest and I read the synopsis for that show- it doesn't sound like something I'd be into, sounds like just another crime drama. But I'm guessing there's more than meets the eye? I'll have to check it out.
@@JulieBarbara think of it as batman if batman wore a suit instead of the batsuit :p it's like fringe in the sense that the writing and the characters are top notch. perfect casting and the overall story arc is absolutely wild, as wild as fringe imo but in a different kinda way : p yes there is most definitely more than meets the eye. trust me, you will love it if you loved how fringe was done. music by ramin djawadi and jonathan nolan was the show runner.
Fringe is in my top 5 favorite shows of all time. After watching your Grimm reactions, I think you'll love it too. Walter Bishop is one of tv's most unique, perplexing and nutty characters ever created. He'll definitely keep you on your toes.... and it's awesome. 🙃
Hello again I started watching your channel for the Wheel of Time. This show is a favorite. The characters are intelligent, charming, quirky. You're going to love it too.
Wow a new reactor to this great show. There are not many and I'm always exited when there is a new one. It surely one of the best shows. I love kdramas and watch some reactions of you, but I also really love Fringe 😊
the premiere episode of most television series is called the Pilot episode bc it's a test to see what it's all about (tone, characters, plot) and if audiences will like it
Just gonna add my "psyched to see you watching Fringe" comment to the pile. I hope you enjoy and stick with it, because Fringe starts good, but is a classic example of a "gets better the longer it goes" show. The Fringe cast is just phenomenal. Its been fun recently, having been so early to the Anna Torv is Awesome bandwagon and seeing everyone get on board. Lance Reddick, Joshua Jackson, Kirk Acevedo, Mark Valley, and so many still to come. But let's be real - John Noble is the scene stealer by design and the MM reactions are going to be great.
PS. if you don't have an editor or comment reader, just go ahead and stop reading comments now. There are too many things that are too easy for people to spoil.
18:09 This episode is an homage to the classic sci-fi movie Altered States which starred the late William Hurt and Blair Brown who plays Nina Sharpe. 19:00, Blair Brown has been in many very influential shows and movies over the years
I'm excited to see you jump on this one. Season 1&2 are more of a procedural/ moster of the week storylines which is good. But boy Season 3 is the stroy arc that 1&2 was setting it up for it's awesome.
25:05 Fun facts about the people who play Olivia Dunham and her partner John Scott. Anna Torv and Mark Valley were actually married during the first season of Fringe. Then they broke up a year later. Anna Torv is a niece to billionaire Rupert Murdoch who owned Fox at this time. Prior to getting into acting, Mark Valley is a West Point graduate who rose to the rank of Captain. He is also a combat veteran from Desert Storm.
For the love of all that us good I never thought I would see this show in a reaction. The first episode of any show is called a "pilot" because thats what it is. It is the pilot episode. The term refers to the episode made to show executives and test panels to see if the show idea will "take off" before committing to making more episodes. Many dont give the episode a proper title, so it just becomes Pilot.
started this series back in 2008 with my mom and legit just finished for the first time 2 years ago, can’t wait to see your reaction to not only this season but the upcoming ones cause OOF
I looooove fringe. I was obsessed with it when it was airing on tv. They put in little things that had some relevance like symbols, numbers, phrases, mostly hidden in the opening tune. Then there was the observer that was in every episode such as in the background. Like a puzzle to spot him. Fringe was genius imo but became hella confusing in later seasons.
i love that you watch Fringe, its one of my alltime favorite Shows, ( In Top 4 )so sad not much ppl to it, but most ppl do it only for high numbers anyways ; /
This show was my shite. I've been thinking about characters that resemble the real life Oppenheimer lately i.e. Walter Bishop and Ian Malcom. Scientist that also question the moral implications of their field of research.
This series holds a special place in my heart, and I'm so glad to see you react to this beautifully written and acted show.
YES. Love Fringe. It starts off a little monster of the week-y, but then it POPS. OFF. You are in for a RIDE.
0:46 in the show Colonel Broyles alludes to his unit being the successor to the X-Files
RIP Lance Reddick

22:10 I started rewatching Fringe earlier this year due to Anna Torv’s performance in The Last of Us.
This show and its story arc is sooo awesome and

I think the title of the pilot show is called “Pilot”
A new Fringe reactor! EXCELLENT! I think Fringe is like X-Files magnified. :) :) :)
WELCOME!!!!! I'm ready for ride!

You’re watching Fringe?! Oh my god this is literally…one of my favourite shows of all time. You are definitely in for a ride.
This show is way beyond The X-Files. It gets deeper each season. You'll wish this series never ended.
For the love of all that us good I never thought I would see this show in a reaction.
