    This video helped me a lot , with my fades i would always go straight into my 0 guard closed to blend the middle line … but with starting open i see it really helps blend so much better ! I also before watching wouldn’t use the 1.5 guard open to blend between the 2.5 and the 1.5 ! Thank you so much that was the last thing in my game i was missing 💪🏾

    When using the foil shaver on the beard hairs on his neck, apply dry shampoo to the skin from beforehand gives you a much cleaner finish where you won’t need to come with the razor

    Tricky part is going back in with the 1 guard after you’ve pretty much cleaned up the guidelines… how do you know where to stop without creating another guideline ?!

    Question. When using the 1/2 guard do you take the half all the way up to the 1 open or jsut attack the line created in between lever open and 1 open.

    • @xsg265
      @xsg265 2 роки тому +2

      No you shouldn’t take the half guard all the way up, just attack the line. When you use half guard open tho, you could cut almost half the way you went with the 1 guard open just to soften the line and then with the half guard closed just attack the line until it comes off completely… Hope I helped… Try that method and you will see by yourself what I’m talking about.

    Guys it’s kinda hard for me to blend with the 0.5 guard. Do you guys have any tips for me. I see that he switches up the lever (playing with it) when he blends the second guard

    • @_flor3s._925
      @_flor3s._925 3 роки тому

      @BeastXfn Play with the lever when you have the 0.5 guard and if it’s closed all the way and the line still hasn’t erased then take the 0.5 guard and leave the lever open and use the corners of the blade to help blend in the line

      With the 1/2 guards both 0.5 and 1.5 guards open the lever about 3/4 way or a little over halfway and you should see a difference

      If your hair is straight or even slightly curly you’re better off with a fade otherwise with a taper it just looks like a bowl cut
