People really don’t understand how much of a generational talent Aaron Lewis was unless you really dive into some of his earlier stuff. Most underrated musician of all time
its because he went country.
@@toreloaded2711 his country lyrics aren’t much different than rock. He writes all of them. It’s a different sound with genres. Though each song a person can interpret lyrics any way they choose, it’s the power of music.
@@ironcity4182 he strayed from that sound that put him on the map. It wasnt a rip off of any musician before him, he was one of the ones that rejuvinated the genre.
Kinda whiney.
I saw staind five times live and you are absolutely right.
This isn't a song, it's an experience. As someone who has dealt with addiction, lose and sadness for most of their life, this song was written for my heart and soul by someone else's heart and soul
Aaron Lewis is a monster on the acoustic guitar and vocals…I could listen to him all day.
These guys were pretty well known back in day. I went through a very dark, low point in my life back then
They were huge. Definitely lots of their songs help ppl who are going through shit. But I remember living them as a very happy kid in high school as well. They were just huge.
Very underrated band
Totally agree!!
You're so right
Alot of ppl don't like them. Love them
lol underrated? They were top 10 charts several times in their day... You couldn't tune a radio station and not hear this song.... 😂 He said underrated
@@ThatTempesTGuyi kind of have to agree eith you but thats only reallt where they are known..i. a big staund fan but i dont know anyone else that even knows of them let alone listens to them over here in England so yeah id say they are very underated over here..
Sad song but an absolute masterpiece.
You’ve got to listen to Pardon Me by Incubus!! Also Smells like Teen Spirit by Nirvana. Amber by 311, Santa Monica by Everclear, Jumper by Third Eye Blind, Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve… so so so much more music!!
Great song choices 🔥💯 I still listen to them to this day. Btw Staind also has a song called Pardon Me. I love it.
Bittersweet Symphony is such an underrated song.
I swear nobody I know knows it, unless I've played it for them.
I have listened to this sone throughout my life when I am at my lowest. It has always helped me release the feelings inside and help pull myself through whatever is going on.
My kids mom is in jail again this time she got locked up for a year. The song fully sums up her life and her relationship with me. I've given her so many chances through the years 10 years to be exact. She just can't change she has an addictive personality and can't get away it either has to be alcohol or some kind of a drug. She gives up one and goes to the other. Forsakes me and her children in the process time and time again. I almost want to cry when I listen to this song because I hurt for her so badly but I don't see her ever being able to change.
This song really hit"s home. PEACE & BLESSINGS to you, the family, and all of your subscribers.💗💗💗.
Aaron Lewis is one of the greatest song writers of all time, Seen Staind n Korn a few months ago they were awesome.
It's definitely a darker song but not in a bad way. Hauntingly beautiful is accurate I think.
Just went and saw them last night, they are still great.
Love this reaction to a timeless song!
Love, love, love this song.
Two more Staind songs you should listen too is Outside & Mudshovel.
There are so many great songs from this band
I was a teenager when this came out. This and Fade must be their best songs. Aaron Lewis is awesome!
Absolutely one of my favorites
Good reaction bro! Keep up the good work. I'll keep watching.
AVENGED SEVEN FOLD

You hear the lyrics to every song through the heart and not the head. This music unlocks the soul. Keep up the great uploads. Ps listen to simple man by lynyrd skynryd
Man besides me loving this tune and how it strikes a nerve in my core, I feel like I'm living it through your emotions and response to it. Your videos are something I really dig. Thanks for doing them. Would love for you to cover one of my tunes!
Hey bro. In my opinion your best reaction yet! Fire bro. pure fire! 🔥Keep it going and peace out! 👍🔥🎸🇺🇸🇬🇧😎
Listen to 10 Years - Wasteland
Listen to Sevendust - Enemy

Man I'd love you to check out Peter Frampton - Do You Feel Like We Do (Live) from 1976, he makes the guitar actually sing words and its still amazing.
Brand new - seventy times 7
You should listen to disarm - the smashing pumpkins
Yo you should listen to "Tied My Hands" and "Driven Under" by Seether (LIVE)
Regrets ❤
Do Joe Bonamassa - Pain And Sorrow (album version). You wont regret it and neither will your viewers. If you want to hear drums, bass and guitar that will blow you away all in one song then you will love it.
Lets take a moment to thank Fred Durst for getting Aaron Lewis his shot. Well deserved.
Can you explain the story? I never knew that
@@guillaumejuillard8258 Don't recall all the details of the top of my head, but Fred got Lewis a record deal after seeing him in concert.
