Hello everyone on my channel!😋
An extremely tasty dish made of potatoes and minced meat.
This recipe combines a mixture of shepherd's pie and potato gratin. You will cook this dish 3 times a week.

Ingredients:
1 onion.
Oil.
450 g (0.9 lb) minced meat.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
2 cloves of garlic.
Add to the pan.
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
300 g (0.6 lb) mushrooms.
Add the mushrooms to the pan.
Spinach.
Cook for 5 minutes.
5 potatoes.
Salt and pepper.
200 g of Mozarella cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese.
250 ml of thick cream.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 80 minutes.
2 pickles.
Grate 1 carrot.
Grate 1 beetroot.
1 red onion.
Dill.
Salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Oil.
Uncover the foil.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
