This recipe for potatoes and minced meat will win your heart. A great dish for a family dinner. Simple ingredients and very tasty results.

Ingredients:
6 potatoes.
Cook until soft.
1 onion.
500 g (1.1 lb) minced meat.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 egg.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of rosemary.
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
2 tablespoons of oil.
Parsley.
Make cutlets.
Mash.
30 g butter.
Salt and pepper.
Parsley.
Oil.
3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Water.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2 chili peppers.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 35 minutes.
Salad mix.
1/2 cucumber.
1/2 red onion.
1 tomato.
Salt and pepper.
Olive oil.
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon of dried garlic.
