Love Julia and accidentally came across her podcast a few weeks ago. It’s really good, and she’s a natural at interviewing/having a conversation (no surprise there).

Totally well said.... There should be more to bringing out older women, so much education for young ladies to absorb and know what's ahead if they are willing to embrace the information. I hit 60 in January and yes, it can be difficult to see the changes, but then so grateful to be active, there is still so much to experience even at this age. I can't believe it, but when I viewed Tina Turner, who would've been a gift for Julia's podcast, where Tina is 61 still performing on stage, still moving like she did.. It changed something in me that I can still do anything. RIP Tina ❤ You were simply the Best, better than all the rest ;*)

Not to mention that Tina's career really didn't take off until she was well into her 40s! RIP Tina!

There are as many older women as there are younger women, yet media focuses on on younger women and erase older women as if we stop existing or stop living after 40. I think this is fabulous and there is a total void for this. Bravo Julia. It is my hope that you feature a diverse array of wise women

There should be more focus on older women, their experience in life they're maturity, they're sense of humor. Wonderful.

I think wise woman archetype is a elder gift of wisdom through lessons learned and blessings acknowledged through the trials of a lifetime

It' a good movie. Holofcener does good work in dealing with issues that affect people of various ages and both sexes and is very specific in how they work on the psyche for the better but mostly for the worse. She's quite perceptive and quite good with dialogue to create authentic experiences. It's also a really funny movie, which is getting more and more rare, imo.

    I LOVED Julia on Seinfeld!
Kramer was the cooky friend, George was the annoying, neurotic friend, Elaine was the HOT friend and Jerry was... well, Jerry. ☺❤

I guess finding your "happy place" is relatively easy when you come from a rich family....

    "Finding her happy place"
And this is the main concern of humanity. Sure.
We let absolute garbage, such as Hollywood prostitutional preschool dropouts, and other greedy scoundrels destroy the country.

Of all the choices she had, she chose the life of idiocy and scoundrelism.
    Pure evil.

It's funny when women get old and spend their lives trying to convince men that older women are desirable. Honey, that train left the station 30 years ago and it ain't coming back.

You know what I think is funny? Older men that aren't wealthy or even nice who think they are somehow still able to get young women although they bring NOTHING to the table but their big beer guts. It's downright hysterical and pathetic. 😅🤣😂
