I just can't love you less, the beauty of ur tutorial is the preciseness, the accuracy and the the neat finishing. As much as I see tutorials on UA-cam, I never joke with urs. I always have something new to learn daily. God bless u so much lala, thanks for all you do.
Are you using a solid lining fabric or a lace as your lining? Either way, use the same steps as above. If you are concerned about seam allowance showing, you can trim seam allowance close to the stitching (¼”) and marrow the edge before turning back to right side and pressing. Another clean finishing option is to do French seams. Which is sewing pieces wrong side to wrong side (1/4” seam), turn seam right sides together and sew again (¼” seam”. In total, your seam is ½”. Look up “French seam” if still unclear
I am about to put a slit in a young lady's prom dress. I'm glad I watched your tutorial. Her dress is a "slubbed satin", not the flat shiny satin. Should I use the walking foot on my machine?
Thanks for the tutorial ma’am. I have a question tho, for a long pencil dress, is it advisable to put in a center slit, I find that the slit keeps shifting towards the end of the dress as opposed to a side slit.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I've definitely been doing this all wrong and I have no excuse because it's so simple!
Thank you so much. Been doing it wro g all my life😂❤❤❤
