    The style & fashion of marketing audio/video is so superb but the price is not in the reach of common man
    1.what is the price of site?
    2.when was it purchased?
    3.day wise from foundation
    to key deliver?
    4.even worked on interest
    basis between 2.60 to
    2.75cr is the maximum with
    a margin still 20%.
    5.Investing builders with
    laborers are team they
    cannot idle up time.

      Thanks for the valuable feedback, the cost of the site is as per the prevailing market rates, further cost of construction, interiors, approvals, lift, power, borewell, to be calculated on actuals, the cost break down helps the buyer to make an informed decision.
