My Lord Amen he been telling me since last week to fast and for 3 days that’s what I heard but I googled 3 day water fast and then your video pops up was when he was specific about what kind of fast thank you Jesus

What’s your advice on fasting ? How do you go through for me it’s hela hard to sleep when I fast and I feel very tired I’ve lasted almost 3 days but I want to fast until I get delivered what do you think about that ?
I believe it requires us to die to our flesh and that it can literally feel like that in the physical form. I could feel my body shutting down on this fast, but I believe that is all divine intervention because what doesn’t K!ll you makes you stronger, right? Pray for instructions, He may ween you off on a different fast before a full dry fast. Ask if you should maybe start with a 6 AM-6 PM fast. I did those fasts before I could do the liquid only fast. Maybe even try a Daniel fast as well. And I would say plan to work less or use less energy but you do want to keep your appearance up during this time as God says in Matthew 6:16. If He calls you to do it, He will definitely give you instructions as well. I hope this helps… let me know if you have any other questions! ❤️God Bless.
Your right the dry fast is the fast I’ve had the most trouble with and I tell myself it’s not healthy and go away from it but I’ve been more dedicated. Exactly what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and I feel more strength when I’m fasting I feel more tired as well so i have to plan it according to my schedule with work and everything. Thank you so much for your help! I will definitely hit you up if I have any more questions I be feeling like I don’t wana buzz you lol but you have very supportive and warm energy ❤️
