Nice but they cheaped out on some details especially as a modern house.
1) the showers are curb less which is a luxury but there are no niches inside them. The drains are also square, not linear drains.
2) the floor vents and returns are not flush to the wall. They got the standard subdivision finishes.
The above 2 would have only cost a few thousand more to do

The only thing I don’t like is not knowing the price. I’m a medical doctor looking to emigrate to Canada.
