No disrespect, but this is simply an oversized sub-division quality house, and in Brampton of all places. This is not the exquisite plaster and limestone exterior/interior, slate roof and copper soffit masterpiece you see in homes $10 million+ in Oakville and Toronto. And yes, there is plenty of inventory at this $11 million price range in Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, St. Andrews, Maple, King City, etc. Egregiously overpriced both in terms of "upscale sub-division quality" and the Brampton location. Did I mention that you're paying $11 million to live in Brampton? Anyone who buys this home for $11 million would be better off buying a $2 million home in Brampton and setting the remaining $9 million on fire. Same value impact. And did I mention that you are paying $11 million to live in Brampton!? (LOL)

Love this house, it would be perfect if it was gated all around the house. Hate the location, probably why the owners are moving, either that, or they can't maintain the high cost of living that goes into upkeeping this home. Everything is probably extra expensive and high rate of crime in Brampton.

nice house but with this terrible Canadian economy for 11 million I could buy 3x this size house in Texas still on the Canadian dollar. If I could move to America I would this country is destroyed. Especially when you need a masters degree nowadays to make minimum wage lol
That’s a beautiful home, the interior did met the expectations of the exterior. Why us Canadians doesn’t like painting the the homes on the outside lol.
That Vikings stove is so nice. Those chandeliers are so grade. The whole details to lighting was just spectacular. The home is simply gorgeous. With all that said, you guys didn’t show the laundry room, is there a small movie theatre in this mansion is there a gym in it. We have a basketball court but no gym, sauna steam room and no movie theatre or laundry room, lol. No pantry. These are major selling points ❤😊😊😊

It's a lovely and beautifully designed home, the problem is it's in Brampton of all places, it's NOT WORTH $5 million because of the location. Sorry hard pass even though I can't afford it.
The furnishings looked VERY, VERY low end for such a high end home. This house deserved a professional interior designer and high end furniture. This looked like the owner just went to Ashley furniture.
I'd rather have an apartment in Toronto, and my house in Ann Arbor, it's a shame that the greater Detroit area suburbs are nicer than greater Toronto, although the GDA those are the real deal, that's old money right there, are still despite the decline in Detroit, those suburbs are relatively untouched - I mean, Grosse Pointe, Dearborn and Farmington Hills, are exceptional.
Ann Arbor is a gem though...

It definitely has some similarities to Ferris Rafaulis style especially the light fixtures but It was actually built by another Canadian designer and builder.

There is not even one thing, inside nor outside of this house, that justifies the price. This house should be priced between the $4.5-$6 million dollars (tops) range. $5 million is it's real value.

I think it’s more a matter of you can spend $10 million N,S,E,W of Toronto but how conveniently located things are is that important to you ? for me after growing up in Toronto I’d rather live on the outskirts of Toronto and travel into the city to go shopping. Now if I had a family that’s a game changer I’d what a house located in the heart of the Toronto with all the conveniences and good school and hospitals Toronto has to offer. So yes I’d buy this house if I had a family but I don’t sorry guy’s.
