Hey i’ve been having this problem this day. What worked for me was formating the pc without the internet conected so it doesnt download the driver automaticaly. I think the gpu was the problem so i downloaded the gpu’s driver on my other pc. Hope this helps you.
Update, turns out that the problem was my firmware (or my bios version) i just updated it and never had the problem again! Hope this helps!
Reset bios to default than try to boot up.
Bro don’t be mad at this guy when it gets caught in a loop like that when loading you can either wait till it lets you re install windows or go into bios and boot it up from there

@@killuaatyoutube yep buddy u just need to know your pc's model and every model has its different key for entering auto fixing mode so for mine it was hp so i searched and found out the key and it worked, thou it removes all your data but wont cost you a penny for maintainance charge to fix it, i hope this was helpful
Same here just installed W11 on my machine update drivers installed some programs and boom, this boot loop!
