I was diagnosed 2019 with stage 4 lung cancer, tests were run to identify type, I started immunotherapy end of Oct 2019, took for 115 months. My pet scan showed I was in remission, it will be 2 yrs in remission in June. It really works.

One of my cousins died recently after along bout of cancer. He was first diagnosed with it in the early 2000s, and fought through with a custom diet and special protocol to completely eliminate it, but it came back in recent years. He had CAR T-cell therapy, but part of that therapy is immunosuppression so your body doesn't attack the altered T-cells. The therapy was largely, but not completely successful. The fact that they had to destroy his immune system to bolster his immune system with the therapy is what I think led to the final flare-up which he died from.
While there is a lot of promise in finding a cure for cancer from many directions, despite how far we've come, we still have a very long way to go. 😕

I am so sorry for your loss.
There is another therapy called TIL that is used for solid tumors that is similar. They harvest tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) from a tumor and grow them in the lab. They then suppress the immune system and inject the TILs and finally kick start the immune system with something like IL2. Some people with extensive metastasis do well; whereas, others don’t. It is a hard process because it requires extensive hospitalization. I personally know two people who have a complete recovery that is durable but also three others who did less well and have since passed away. I believe that they are working to make the treatment less challenging. If I have a recurrence I would definitely consider it. It is important to maintain your health for these challenges.

She could not get enough calories during her feeding period to not lose weight as the cancer was already messing with her appetite. After a week we knew that was going nowhere, so fasting is not for everyone. She started her immunotherapy treatment two months later and in just one week she was back up and active. She is still in the therapy and the tumor is almost gone. It is a miracle treatment, but extremely expensive. 28k per dose. Without insurance it’s impossible to get it.

MR1 Restricted T Cell Therapy is pretty promising. It destroyed every cancer it was put up against in the lab even the denser tumor cancers that classical Immunotherapy doesn't do well against. It also leaves health cells alone. The thing with Immunotherapy is you gotta tailor the modifications to the individuals cancer and that can take time because everyone is different and we don't understand all of the safe targets. MR1 seems to be a pathway that most people have and doesn't have a lot of diversity in the population thus making it a possible universal treatment.

This is all fine and good, but why not just focus on the root cause of cancer?
The formation of cancer cells begins when mitochondria are damaged such that their ability to carry out oxidative phosphorylation is impaired.
This sort of damage usually occurs under conditions of inflammation (but there are other causes also).
In this state, the cell attempts to compensate for the lack of oxidative phosphorylation by using glucose fermentation to produce energy so that the cell can survive with less and less oxygen.
Not only that, but the cell environment becomes more acidic due to the lack of oxygen. This increased acidic state increases the chance for mutations in the cell nucleus.
Eventually, this damaged cell divides and reproduces the (1) damaged mitochondria, the (2) propensity towards glucose fermentation, and the (3) increased rick of mutations in the next generation.
Then, if the source of the inflammatory condition is not addressed, the next generation of cells become more mitochondrially dysfunctional, and more reliant on glucose fermentation for energy.
This situation creates a "downward spiral" which eventually produces cancer cells:
    --- cells that have mutations
----cells that can no longer carry out oxidative phosphorylation but almost exclusively rely on glucose fermentation for fuel.
--- cells in which the mitochondria are so damaged that they can no longer control their rate of growth and reproduction
    TL;DR
Cancer cells are the result of generationally-intensifying mitochondrial damage due to cells existing in an environment of inflammation.
So, if inflammation is what causes the mitochondrial damage in the first place,
what should a person do to prevent cancer?
*_Preventing unnecessary inflammation is the key to preventing cancer formation._*
    No inflammation,
    mitochondrial damage
no mutations, unregulated cell growth, and cell division
    Eat carbs all the time.
    Create inflammation and hormone dysregulation.
    Damage mitochondria.
Maintain that environment of inflammation and hormone dysregulation.
Allow enough time for your cells to pass on increasingly damaged mitochondria.
    "Get" cancer.

Hi! Indeed, it may be a potential alternative treatment in 5-fluorouracil-resistant cancer cells, and the anticancer activity of fenbendazole does not require p53 in 5-fluorouracil-resistant SNU-C5 cells.

The war against cancer is lost, long ago. This guy is mileading you! We know for sure that cancer is a life style deseas and can be cured by changing life style. Sometimes tumors are life-threatening by theire dexistence, place and size though, which leave fast tumor-shrinking theraphy as preferred life-saving treatment.

Yes, there are modifiable ways to reduce your risk, but there are no guarantees. Even the healthiest of people can and do get cancer. It's a combination of prevention, early detection AND better treatments that are needed. Immunotherapy is most definitely one tool in helping to fight cancer.
