Just put a drop of 99.9% isopropyl alcohol or electric contact cleaner on the axle that the mouse wheels spins on, spin the wheel back and forth, let it dry and test the mouse again. Also if the mouse wheel rattles while in use, you can put a small piece of foam tape on the top case in the area exactly above where the mouse wheel stick presses the switch. It's a good mouse but as is the nature of mouse with holes in the chassis, it will accumulate grime if not cleaned regularly depending on the use case. The white one will look worse.
pls i need help fast since i've already opened the mouse. at 3:24 "push it forward" but forward to which direction? i tried but it's not even close to coming off and i'm scared to break the mouse
@@TeslaFPV though something broke within the scroll and i don't know how to fix it lol. there are 2 tips for the scroll wheel inside: the right tip that is the longer one on the right that is on top of the the middle mouse button that clicks it, and the left tip that's supposed to detects the rotation of the wheel. the left one is broken :(
Hi there! Due to the scrolling issue, no I have not been using it. However, I do believe that since the mouse is face down with pressure being constant on the feet, there shouldn't be any problem.
Im facing double click issues with this mouse but they're rare like once or twice in my gaming sessions thats it and I think cleaning it will fix those as well
@@ComputerEngineeringCPE if you carefully remove the skates with a heat gun or hairdryer and don’t tear the adhesive you can usually just reuse them. If the adhesive doesn’t stick enough id recommend thin double sided tape, some weaker adhesive like b9000 or just new feet completely. 2 sets of quality skates is around 10 bucks.

Cheers for the vid.
If you kept using the mouse despite the scrolling issues, how did the adhesive on the feet hold up?
Hi there!

Put some silicone gel or spray on the wheel axis. It will roll better
Good idea!
Hi mate, nice video, by any chance have you experienced the double click issue with this model? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks
I have not, stopped using this mouse haha!

There are double click issues with all mice eventually. It's when the microswitches wear out. Replace them. If needed from another mouse.
1 of my side buttons broke. Now I need to find what kind of Omron switch is used to order & solder in a new 1.
Best of luck man! 🤞🏼
what is the size of the screw?
I don't know where that specific mouse is anymore but I believe it's a small Phillips head! :)
cool video
Hey

@@whodis3560 Fair enough, the hot glue seems to work just as well. Also, we didn't care about this mouse too much ;) lol
