Yeah, before i started playing the game, i couldn't find anything about the upgrades or if i did, it was only partial info. So, when i started playing the game, i thought others might appreciate this video :)

IIRC, it was part of the preorder deal. Or, if you are in Australia, it came with every purchase of the game. To claim it in game, its part of a story mission, one of the missions in the first chapter, " Into Madness " I'm not sure if you can purchase the body as a DLC or not, but hope this helps :)
Thought i would look further into this for you. Seems there is different stories as to what and how its unlocked. I always believed it was what i just told you, being its a preorder bonus or for Australian versions. But, a couple of people in a quick google search, have said they got a activation code from green man gaming, and linked their account with WBGames and then it appeared. Weather they were just spinning BS or its fact is another thing entirely. You can get the original interceptor, but unfortunately, its at the end of the game
I like the furnace body
Ive always liked the way the final exhaust weaves out of your armour and slicks back.
You can actually see the same 4 barrel shotgun in the right car door on Max’s rebuilt Interceptor in production photos for Fury Road.
I haven’t played mad max in a loooooooooong time this really helped me find the upgrades 😂

is it just me or does the wildhunt look like the magnum opus but customizable
There are some similarities between a couple of the different bodies. Even with the interceptor.
I think you meant to say Max’s Interceptor. To which you’re right, it’s basically an Interceptor body that you can customise.
can we use it even after its destroyed in the game? (game logic maybe?) and can we upgrade the interceptor when we get it?
Can you use what? The interceptor? If interceptor, yes, you can use it once you completed the game. And, no, you cant upgrade it.
no, the Opus? can I use it after the final mission or is it destroyed?
