  • Odyssey Life Holiday Special!! Richard from California contacted us and asked if we could rebuild his Honda Odyssey FL250 carburetor. In this episode we do exactly that!! 1985 Honda Odyssey Fl350r.

    You never showed the proper float adjustment....that's where I'm having trouble

      TBH I've never had to make a float adjustment. When I have tricky questions like this I always go to pilotodyssey.com.. This is an old-school forum filled with TONS of information on anything Pilot or Odyssey ATV! Thank you for watching and commenting! You Rock!💥💨😎✌️🤙

    Good video I have a 78 FL250 I'm having a problem getting the primary clutch off the crank I purchase the tool from Amazon I don't want to break anything or take that much heat to it because of the rubber slides for the centrifical clutch any recommendations

      My recommendation is for you to contact Joe at oddatv.com.. He knows just about everything and has the proper clutch puller for the fl250.. He helped me with mine... 🙏🇺🇸😎❤😁👍✌️

      The puller available on oddatv.com won't require any heat... Just a good impact driver...

      The float rarely needs adjusted.

    Does this rebuild also work for the Honda Odyssey Fl350

      The big difference between the two is idle speed. Rebuilding a carb is just dropping the bowl and replacing the pieces. Very simple. It's after you get it put back on and go to set it up. You want to start your air screw open 1 turn, and then you start it up, allow it to warm up, and set your idle around 900rpms. That's the big difference between the two.
