Because of the speed of the voice I had to watch it 3X. But so far it's the best I've watch on the topic. I want to keep it in my iPhone, but the Windows desk version is not opening since last week. I prefer the desk version because of the ease of typing as well as I can read it much better. However, the comments aren't very positive so I wonder...

Come on, this is garbage. "pretty much uninstalled" doesn't equal uninstalled. I completely wasted my time with this.

Agreed. After uninstalling it, using this method, a green icon labelled 'update'' that resides in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\WhatsApp still starts up. Very sinister. Why is it still there and not labelled '"Whatsapp update'?
