I did try chittlins once. ONCE! LOL Now, you gotta leave the house when the innards are being cooked, PHEW! I will always try something once, if it doesn't hit me, then I won't continue eating it, but I will always try new things. I did become a huge fan of fried gizzards and fried chicken livers with hot sauce. YUM!
His Fried Gizzards was the 1st Yummo Bucko video i watched. Have been a fan ever since!! He is such a fun person!! And good. He radiates his kindness. And i like that. 💜🌿💜

Just watching now(7months after the fact!!). I don't know a thing about chitterlings or the mawls...as i thought they were more like pork rinds..and would be crispy. I love vinegary foods. No idea what this would even begin to taste like. Sounds scary. BUT ....if #Yummo Bucko likes this, it has to be good. I trust his taste. I do like foods he doesn't particularly care for, and sometimes won't eat what he likes. But i will try. But this doesn't seem like a good food.. Funny, he says if we were blindfolded, we would like them. And i was just going to say ..blind fold me for a true test...😎 I might enjoy, who knows..
