Thanks guys, sorry for the super late reply, life has got in the way a bit this last month! We were so tempted to do a day visit out to Cozumel, it look stunning! Chichen Itza was great, definitely recommend it if you guys are ever back out that way. Apparently you are able to climb the ruins at Tulum, it's supposed to be an amazing site.
