People complain a lot about XQC's personality or attitude. But at the end, he still is a top 500 player and a really good tank player.
Well yes, but one doesn't excuse the other, and I don't understand why people keep saying this as if being good somehow makes it okay to be a jerk. As a player who loves Winston, I very much admire xQc's amazing jump placement and awareness and his top-tier general ability... but I can't watch his stream for even five minutes without getting completely disgusted by his personality (at least when playing the game). No amount of ability erases the fact that he's salty, easily-tilted, and hopelessly childish.
Luxra Hes one of the best tank players in the world if you ask me. So often he showed an IQ of like 900 his plays are amazing

@@MissJadeC he's talking about the very beginning where xQc ults on a Pharmercy while off the map and juggles them while using his jump on the shortened 2-second cooldown to avoid falling out of the map. It's a ridiculously hard thing to do

rtiid22 Nope, but you can bait it to attack certain things. Junkrat can throw a trap and duck out of sight to grant the team a couple seconds to deal with it for example

That tip against zenyatta and lucio was very helpful, I didn't know their ults can't go through barriers
Kofskerz symmetra and rein can do this too in their own ways. I know that they can negate lucio beat drop but I'm curious and have not tested this with zen.
Any aoe (besides emp) can be blocked by a barrier. Trollinh AOE ults is the reason i live

Omg, this was incredibly helpful. One thing I noticed he didn't mention was melee'ing right before landing a jump to animation cancel and get a little more damage.
He has an entire video dedicated to that called "when to melee as Winston."

Blizzard fixed that. The animation of the punch still gets cancelled, but you have to wait the normal length of time that the punch takes before you can start zapping with the Tesla Cannon again

That Zenyatta tip is actually amazing, people focus more on his persona than how good of a player he actually is, I'm a GM Winston main and even I didn't know the Zen or Soldier thing, good vid man

This is by far the best vid of this series up to this point. Amazing tips that take many things into account that people actually don't know. I learned like 2 or 3 concepts today I wasn't even aware of as a long-time player.
Really shows how much more there is to Winston as well - in my opinion, he is one of the hardest heroes to play well, so I never got the "No aim, Winston main lol" stuff. Needs a lot of quick thinking and overview.
