@@aliimran-b1p For mental health: I think the fundamentals are: Exercise, sunlight, nutrition and social connections - Make sure you have all of these and I don't think you will have a lot of problems. For the organisation: I started using this system called 'Getting things done' it's an efficient task management system that helps you organise your to do lists and all your projects. I have it set up in Notion. For me, one of the biggest hacks is just asking yourself what are the three most important tasks for today/this week? I.e. What would be the tasks that would have the most impact if I did them? This helps you focus on what is important and not prioritise simple time killers like 'check you email' etc. Hope this helps!
You can now go into either PhD or industry, it is absolutely upon your interest. For content I will suggest (as an undergraduate physics student), can you please upload how to make scientific cv vs industrial cv, and your own experience about industrial experience which you are going to have in future. I'm actually thinking of pursuing a masters degree in applied physics, but my mind still confuses with my passion (in short my confidence about my own decision is not stable 🙃) hope you will help with your videos in future not only to me but also to others like me (undergrades and many more..) hope you best in future ❤️👍🏻
