Visited Miami and honestly it seems like you have to be somewhat wealthy in order to really live Miami life. But idk, maybe its just the rap/music vids that make it seem that way
As someone with money, but not materialist.. I find it annoying how flashy Miami is.. The people kind of suck also.. except for the Latin people there.. they are mostly cool..

Important to acknowledge how the surrounding neighborhoods of Wynwood have been struck by poverty and are very rundown compared to the vibrant chic-ness of Wynwood itself, something the government has failed to acknowledge as the gap grows wider between rich & poor. When I was there in 2019 it was shocking how close the run-down neighborhood was to this vibrant Wynwood with street art we all know so well.
@@TheP-H Fun fact, I used to work in an office that was located in Wynwood. And this was the time period where It was just on the cusp of becoming trendy. It was still very much rough around the edges, literally and figuratively. My co-workers would run to their cars after work to avoid being there when it got dark outside. But me hailing from inner city Baltimore, I just did not find it as scary as they did. So, I guess it depends on where you're from.
honestly just go to kendall or doral and close to the freeway and you're golden. All the good food, local people and plus you might learn a spanish word or two
@@notomatoesxyea but the traffic is madness. I used to work in Kendall and I live 25 minutes away from my old job but the traffic made me get there in an hour and half lol
