Barcode Scanner to Mitsubishi HMI GOT2000 Communication

I am not able to communicate between scanner and gs2107 wtbd n hmi after doing all the setting ... What should be the reason ?

You may not have changed the mode of your scanner to RS232.

Header none termination CR and for rs232 you need to configure usb scanner

I tried to connect Zebra DS3608 to GS2107 but it does not read the value ... But same scanner i tried with rs232-adp in plc it works and even in hyperterminal it can read but with hmi alone i cannot ..
