The last time i saw Feuerschwanz live was in Dezember in Neumünster on the Walhalla Festival and it was unbelievable epic i can surely recommend to 1000% to visit where they will play. Thank you Seth for sharing your opinions and bring this band closer to all who are interested in your land 😁👍🤟

Feuerschwanz will release their first english-language album in april. International demand appears to be growing. Their english version of Highlander was released last week. The new album will probably contain mostly versions of well-known songs by them, there will be a new song and a new cover. Memento Mori will also be re-released as a collaboration with Chris Harms from Lord Of The Lost. Next I suggest Highlander, also because of Hans Platz's great solo.🎵🎶🎸💥🤘

In my opinion you can understand the phrase "memento mori" in 2 ways: 1. You are mortal, so be careful 2. You are mortal, so have fun as long as you live. Personally, I choose the 2nd interpretation! I don't believe in any kind of afterlife or rebirth, this is my only chance on earth, so I try to make my life a good one. One day, I want to look back in peace with myself and thinking "OK, it wasn't always the smartest decision I made, but hell yeah, it was fun!"
BTW, the phrase "Ich habe den Pesthauch gespürt, die kalte Erde berührt" can be translated to "I felt plagues breath, touched the cold earth", meaning he was close to death but came back to life. This experience strengthened him in his conviction to live here and now.

This was music in the 1980's and 90's in The USA. Edit: Guns n' Roses, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Motley Crew, etc.
Oh I don’t agree. None of those bands sounded like this. Sure they’re all metal bands but they didn’t use the fiddle or bagpipes and didn’t have this type of sound
@@SethinBerlin Guns n' Roses used an Orchestra in some of their songs. Yes? I could say the other rock bands, and many more, used all kind of different instruments. No, they didn't sound the same, of course. Which was and is good. I'm just saying rock music is rock music. It's all bang your head and have fun. All rock music is rock music, regardless of whether they use bagpipes, fiddles, violins, harmonicas, trumpets, etc. It's just a different take on the same mucic genre.
