You call you get someone in India. They don't know what they're doing. They're reading off of a script, and they're annoying. I just canceled my prime membership. Too many late and missing deliveries.
Anything I order is urgent… especially if they say it’ll be here at a certain time. Don’t promise delivery dates if you can’t do it.. things happen but it’s too often than not..

Mine arrive a day late since they decided to hire private contractors. I am getting sick of it being delayed and not being able to use it before I have to go back to work. That results in not being able to use the product for 6 days. Unacceptable.
Ordered an iphone on tuesday 20th and payed extra for it to arrive the next day. Now it’s friday 25th and was guaranteed to arrive today but instead got delayed to 5th of july and I can’t get a refund

Amazon offers nothing for late deliveries. I know because I’m their employee. You supposedly pay $139 a year for your membership and the lowest paid delivery driver makes $18 an hour. You do the math. You’re paying for a better deal on the merchandise. Expedited delivery or so-called expedited. Delivery is a free service. Anything this broad is telling you is it 100% lie. Just be patient. You will get your stuff. But we are only human. And if you don’t like it shop somewhere else and see how long it takes to get what you ordered. But Amazon will not give you anything for your package being late.

Call the credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent cuz you didn’t get what you paid for

First cancel your Prime Membership since the customer cannot choose the carrier that ships your product.

This mfs i payed like 800 dlorsm for my order and its says hasnt shipped yet
im just annoyed cause they upgraded my time to overnight and now is late by multiple days
