I am a senior(68) . I've been playing tennis for 4 decades. 4 of my paid instructors never corrected my bad strokes. I am going back to learn from basic. This instruction video, most common forehand mistakes , not just only for the kids, for most average players. I will work on this. Definitely a fine instruction. I just subscribed.Thanks.
I notice a lot of kids bringing racquet back the WTA style, mostly due to center of gravity and lack of shoulder strength, even Shapovalov did that pre 16 years old..... so I won't say it is wrong 1:50
Great question. Having a bigger backswing, which I would define as (for a right hander) the racquet head going past the hip as shown in the thumbnail, can cause problems as the speed of play increases. Having a more compact swing makes timing your groundstrokes especially on fast paced balls or against someone who hits with heavy topspin. Hope that helps.

Awesome. How about a 4-5 year old that opens racquet face on forehand , hits it backwards or slides through it.. any helpful drills thank you . 🎾👍

I’m an adult and My Raquet goes slightly behind my back. You don’t explain fully why this is “Bad”

Most common mistake coaches like you make is forgetting to teach them the racquet drop(releasing wirst/getting into slot) from power position!
Thats not a common mistake and not necessary to teach beginners…
