With ACW I love the pieces, but I find that you have to match them with other ACW pieces to work, or techwear which is a good thing as I love techwear but I don't like to look like I'm about shoot a school up everyday so have to keep it subtle and ACW ain't subtle. So it would be cool for tech wear etc to become a bit more mainstream so as not to get funny looks at the airport.

Kim Jones at Dior is sick! SS19 has some amazing pieces. Sadly that their pieces are not as readily available like Prada or Gucci. I don't know any major retailer that stocks Dior. Also, Virgil at LV is unbelievably (but not unsurprisingly) bad. He made that brand look so cheap.

He's always been about hype marketing with very little substance to back it up, but it's pretty eye-popping that a brand with as much history as LV would bring him on in such a role.

I love alot of things about how fashion develops at them moment. I love chunky sneakers, especially with skinny jeans, because women wore it for ages (alot of shoes are chunky for women compared to men, like air force 1,air Max, Jordan's) and I always wanted that more feminine streetwear style for myself and know I feel alot more comfortable with skinny pants. Sadly I am unable to transition to wider pants except those cropped ones you see all over Instagram, because I feel like I want to show of my skinny legs and can do that best with skinny jeans, also amplifies the chunkier sneaker. Neon colors are also something I can't get my head around. I remember when in Germany like 7 years aso every girl wore these terrible neon knit scarfs which were total eye cancer by being so bright. I just don't think Textmarkers should be worn, but hey, to each their own, it's modern and what I wore as modern will soon my outplayed, but I'm OK with that, I always go with time, putting my own twist on it.
So right sanj, I’m so sad Haider at Berluti is over. It was 3 of the best consecutive seasons in a row I’ve ever seen. I’m also hoping to go back and get some of those pieces after I stack some $, but I have a feeling it will be quite rare and hard to come by then 😭

I would still say Demna and Balenciaga were the most relevant of 2018, only because he continues to release pieces that heavily dominate insta feeds and get recycled all over the net. The track runner was huge, the triple S and sock runners are still selling out, and the Balenciaga mode pieces have gone over very very well. The C-Shape puffer is/was a winter favorite as well. I think that Prada had an exceptional year, but they’re just coming into a space in fashion which Balenciaga has made itself very very comfortable in. I truly wonder what crazy thing will spring from that brand this year and blow up on all our feeds.
Yooo I would love to see you start buying more sustainable clothing and maybe smaller up and coming brands. Love your stuff always but I kinda wanna see you do something different like maybe do thrifting just to see how you style them lol big love from Switzerland! x

Sangiev nah man. They all fit in to his vision, as they should, but I’d never think the Wyatts or the colourful knitwear or palm tree bombers were part of his dior days. Even the jeans at Dior I found were more in line with something like Helmut Lang than his jeans at SLP. And now he seems to go after a more mature look with high waisted trousers at Celine
