Spartanburg County Sheriff releases bodycam video after stop of HBCU Shaw University bus

A Shaw University bus was stopped in Spartanburg County by Cherokee County sheriff's deputies in early October, which was later called racist by the president of the historically Black university. Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright released the bodycam video, defending the stop, saying it had 'nothing to do' with racism.
