Spartanburg leaders order closure of night homeless shelters; advocates voice concerns

Hoyt Bynum, director of the Spartanburg Opportunity Center homeless shelter, addresses City Council Monday night after a shelter was ordered to close its nighttime assistance. The Opportunity Center said that could send 85 homeless people onto the streets.
