I love this! A director needs firstly to be directed and there's absolutely no need to shun a 9-5 or even compare the 2. There are people who do both like you guys and I believe it's for a reason. We usually stick to what's working at the time.

Entrepreneurship needs someone who has the stomach for it. It requires discipline and commitment. having a 9-5 job limits you, can't make decisions on your own and you are always told what to do even if it doesn't make sense. I think I would choose entrepreneurship.
