Warren is a dying small town - having lost population every decade since the 1940s. It had more residents in 1910 than in 2020 with no end in sight to the decline.

I am a warren County Pennsylvania native I live here on and off for 33 years
My mother lived here on and off for 54 years My grand father lived here for 84 years My great grandfather lived here a wile and his father lived in warren County Pennsylvania back in the 1800 up until 1865
All of use lived on the same farm since 1862 to 2019 do to some legal problems witch I am in the process of Getting resolved
But after that I will be going back to my family farm
