@SmallExpLamp when the kings aren't in the order you want, do you hop worlds? Or just Wait? I've heard they switch positions if you wait but I've never notice it working?
i just walk in praying mage and just brute force supreme right away no need to hop thats what you bring like one or 2 brews for is for the set up. id recommend a blood fury to for high or med level set up.
An easy way to set up the room for killing all 3 or even solo rex- Peek the crack until you find an empty room and and take note of that world. Now hop untill you find a room that is occupied (this means a player will have most of the king's killed or agro'd), pray Mage and run into the room immediately over to the rex safe spot on the east and X log (close your client). Now open your client and log into the empty world you took note of. You can now solor rex or start on him and move around the room accordingly. Have fun.
DKs aren’t great money without 77 RC for the diary, but they’re still super fun for me and relatively laid back, love this boss, still want my prime pet
Can you teach me how to dks :/ I'm just so dogshit at bosses and can only solo a few, I definitely have the gear and stats I just get in my head about it and immediately get turned off. I also have the pet rock if needed

I gave this a shot for the first time the other day and I was overwhelmed so quickly by mainly Prime & Supreme even with great gear and stats. I think I need to focus down 1-2 instead of trying to clear all 3.
I recently got into Dagannoth Kings for the first time. I tend to not look up guides until I have given something a solid try. And a solid try I did give. For the first kill on Rex, I actually facetanked Supreme and prayed Magic vs Prime while killing Rex xD I actually did not know that that was an Elite CA Task. Then I died and had to run all the way back... I was thinking about how to possibly get Supreme and Prime off my tail but it took a while to realize I could just go back up the ladder and try to find a good set-up where either only Supreme or none of them would agro me. My most recent attempt was where I was agro'd by Supreme but he was in the middle of the room so I could not melee him without agroing Prime. Soooooooooo I used my blowpipe in combination with the Thralls from the Arceuus spellbook (Which bypass defences) to slowly whittle away at Supreme while also killing Rex from the safespot inbetween. It certainly was not the nicest of methods and I managed 4 Rex kills versus 1 Supreme kill. BUT it somehow worked and I am proud to know that this janky method helped me. Thanks to your video I know that I was in the right direction when it comes to the set-up and I can attempt to improve it every time. I just have to find a set-up where I don't immediately get agro'd and I'll be good to go. Though, I do not know if the Blowpipe is any good vs Prime at this point in time because of the nerfs. @@PaladinfffLeeroy ye man just takes abit of practice in terms of getting down there. I used blow pipe but had it on task with slay helm so made a big difference. Setting up the rotations is a massive pain tho.
You should've explained the death mechanics, since this is probably the first spot a player will die without being able to get his stuff back from his gravestone

I'm almost always on mobile and not too good at bossing, but my ironman really needs an upgrade over lunar ring or explorer 3. I've done some more difficult bosses than this, and watching this gave me a strong sense of release
Bosses that I've been able to kill on mobile are jad, kbd, chaos fanatic and elemental, kraken, grotesque guardians, hespori, and just a few kills at Cerberus. I may be missing a couple. I'm looking to try dks and sire soon.
If you're looking to grind them long term, (for example on a slayer task), I like to just go to Relleka, get a full invent of pet rocks, tele to a bank and keep the stack in there. Then when you go to Waterbirth, just leave your rock on the floor so you have an extra invent space for more loot (and less weight to drain your run energy). It's only a marginal difference really, but over time it'll add up nicely.
This isn't a criticism just generally curious I've watched alot of guides for around relleka and not one mentions the enchanted lyre as a teleport option (it goes to relleka and waterbirth island at t3 relleka diary) and ive never seen one guide mention it and imo its the best teleport option for relleka
Note: another easy way to Rellekka is the enchanted lyre you get from the Fremennick Trials quest. If you have the diaries complete it will take you to waterbirth Island as well
@@B_M_A they ain't there attacks roll off your range def bonus that's it I've done over 3k kc and most of that is in full melee gear with a mage ammy for rex range gear for prime and max melee for supreme they never hit I don't use blood spells as I always heal to full from my sang so trust me they don't do any mage attacks or else idd get hit a shit ton in max melee armour
Loving the boss guides. Zulrah smoked my ass and ever since I've been being a little bitch about bossing. But I'm at the level now where my log is embarrassing for my total level. It's time for me to master this shit.
Zulrah isnt the kind of boss you can just go in and kill, youre guaranteed a few mandatory deaths before you memorize his rotations and get faster at your gear switches. Just keep at it and youll turn the tables on him eventually, once that happens youll find it almost impossible to die at Zulrah.
Does anyone actually use the high level set ups? Like of the people watching the guide, who has already done the inferno, gotten the infernal cape, and not know how to do Dagannoth Kings? Might be worth focusing these videos on like the minimum setup you could have. But great videos overall, super helpful!
These bosses need pretty specific gear and inv so it helps to look every time when preparing a trip. Pet hunters like the Kings, but if nothing else, it's aspirational gear for us low and mid gear people

Lmfao small servers, this is the first time I've seen any of your videos but I've run into you at the GE a couple times. I was like "hey I recognize this name"
i don't fucking get it. every single time i make it to the last room with the ladder to the kings, I take like 40+ damage before i get to the peeking room. then, after dozens of times going down/up the ladder, waiting for like 5-10 seconds for the rotation to change, etc, I NEVER get a good rotation. I have wasted so much food and brews/restores just trying to GET TO the dks and to get a good rotation and have had to teleport out 3 times already because of nearly dying to getting smacked by supreme even though i have tank gear and 86 defense.
Ended up having to use a scuffed strategy. Could not enter without aggroing supreme and could not try to kill supreme without aggroing prime. So i aggroed supreme, prayed range, ran around, safespotted rex. Healed up on rex and the water things with blood spells, then tanked supreme while praying mage against prime. Blowpipe sucks against prime so I'm gonna need a different ranged weapon. Didn't have enough dps to kill prime fast enough to do rotations so it was scuffed the whole time. Praying range while safespotting rex praying mage while tanking prime. Got 25 kills. 11 rex (healing up), 7 prime, 7 supreme.
Anyone have any suggestions for a different range weapon against prime? Would dragon crossbow, diamond(or dragon if it's worth it) bolts(e) and twisted buckler be enough?
Doesn't matter which world you die on, gravestone is in all worlds same location. as a bonus the countdown only ticks down when you're logged in. Better yet, save time and pick them up from death's office
You really could just bring Void if you're not on task using a Slayer Helm because if you're safespotting properly so you only have to deal with one at a time you're really not going to run into any issue with DK's really.

Yes the brimstone ring is always good when tri briding. The only down side is slightly worse stats that an imbued frem ring. However you save 2 slots potentialy. Imo, its good and not sure why he does not mention it
I would say always preserve, why not? Sipping more often means slightly faster kills but less space for pray pots and therefore shorter trip length. Longer trip is good since getting there takes a while. From my experience, on task with near max stats and mid gear, as long as you kill them fast enough to not have two spawn at the same time it's good enough. I used wiki setup and brought 2 of each stat potion and sipped them every two kills of each or so without having preserve. That way my prayer pots lasted roughly the same time which is ideal. adjust if you end up having extra boost or pray potions at the end.

Supreme needs to be melee'd so Prime will see you most times and needs to be killed because they all chase you around the room once they attack. Not viable unfortunately
If you have high level ranged, like 97+ you can attempt to range out supreme without agroing supreme, might have to use long ranged and you'll need high level ranged gear to have any chance. It's doable, I've done it many times. I use a dragon c bow with dragon diamond es and dragon ruby es. It isn't ideal and the kills can be slow but you will be able to get it done this way. Just have to be ready to not be able to get your loot from supreme without agroing prime. I typically only go for the loot off of supreme in this case when it is a ring drop because you will almost always certainly agro prime to you @potion seller

You can pick your pet rock back up after using it to open the door. With this way you dont have to get an absurd amount of the pet rocks:)

Note with the high lvl setup spectral is useless you want avernic def or a high range def shield as the spinlops attacks are based off your range def
That doesn't make sense because their attacks are magic based range attacks lol. Spectral is one of few BIS.
