Great information! You gave some very specific action items . . . I love that. I started using ChatGPT a few weeks ago, but minimally . . . . mostly for boosting my property descriptions. Recently I also used it to clean up a "delicate" email that I needed to send to a client. I wrote and email, then put it into ChatGPT to make it better. Love the thought of using it for robust (and SEO/Keyword optimized) UA-cam descriptions. Thanks much!
Hey! I prefer ChatGPT myself - but the main difference between Jasper AI and ChatGPT is that Jasper AI is specifically designed for marketing content, while ChatGPT is more of a general AI tool that can be used for a range of tasks including marketing (plus, it's free!)
This video is so interesting and informative! I do have a question though...what are the chances that if you place the criteria for an article with CHAT GPT could it be copying one from the internet or writing one for you that it wrote for another realtor?
Glad you liked it! ChatGPT does not work that way. Though we hear of plagiarism concerns, ChatGPT is pulling from the entirety of the internet (from before 2021 at this time) and it generates text in a natural way - meaning, it's not pulling an entire article and pasting it for you. Rather, it's grabbing a word here, a word there, and creating a sentence on its own. It provides unique responses every time - even if you ask it the same questions!

Hi Julie, do you mean wha app for AI? Primarily ChatGPT as we talked about in the video but Canva also has some fun new AI tools we are exploring.
Apparently, there is now a waitlist to join. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to be notified when you can join.

It can help you write scripts, help you with brainstorming content ideas, help you with visualizing your content, etc! The possibilities are endless.

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service
I recently used it to generate verbiage for birthday and sympathy cards by feeding it some data about the card recipient.
