I really needed this vid as I sprained my ankle last week and couldn’t do my usual standing strength exercises. And after following this vid I got the same burn as my regular exercises! Also a great motivator with what you talk about, it really keeps me focused with some added humour 🎉

My strength has picked up I used my heavy weights was 12 and 15 pounds. My strength was about a 3 1/2 I didn’t think I was going to make it.but I did 😂
Everyone is different. I can’t tell you how much weight to start with. That’s something you will need to figure put for yourself. This session isn’t a beginners session. It’s really for advanced lifters.
