i don't know... how are these large portions? i'm a very small person but that's like nothing for me. i would have to eat a loaf of bread with each of those meals to feel that i ate something ((

Do they taste good though
They were good. I am not a practicing vegan and I enjoyed everything I tried. My husband ate some of the meals too and he enjoyed them. He didn't love the rice in one of the meals.
