I have found on those heads with the spring-loaded rockers if you slacken the valve right off and put your feeler gauge in and tighten it until you can`t move the feeler gauge. Then slacken it just enough to release the feeler gauge then it is just right.
Sorry to bother you do you know of any other complete lock set's that work for the rkf125 2020 e4 i'm being quoted £100 and wondering if any other model fits? Thanks in advance
Hey, i have a question. Is running fine ? I need to do adjustment on my Keeway RKS but manual i found was telling me the clearance should be 0.03-0.05. Could you please share link to manual you were using ?
@@motorcyclefixer Hey, no problem at all. But did it run fine ? Because mine was stalling when i came from speed to stop. I adjusted the valves but that did not help :/
@@romuald_ms3954 No worries mate :) Never figured it out :/ Just sold the bike after that with this disclosed as an issue. But I think its just really crappy quality and cheap pop-metal. Probably if you dont adjust the valve clearance ahead or dont catch it in the beginning you might damage the valves or stems or some other component so you have to replace them, I think that was the case with my bike.
Can anyone help got a Keeway rks125 It's fuel injected and having problems with it over idling then drops and cuts out ??? And then I'll not sit on idle And will start back up and do the same thing Will stay running if ride or keep opening the throttle
I'm not sure where the bottom end mark is but the top end marks will be on the end of the cams. you'll need to take the rocker cover off to see them. I'll check tonight for the bottom end timing marks

@@alexsfetcu946 Hi, sorry to bother you, did you finally find what was causing the problem? Mine does this too and I'm out of ideas.

hi do you know where to find timing marks on that engine? Can't find a workshop manual on that engine.
