I live in Ga too. The advertising is ridiculous. Well, I’ve changed teams. And it wasn’t a smooth transition. The media had me so brainwashed that when I realised something they said may not be true, I couldn’t even conceive of it, at first. It took those riots for me to wake up, and once you start, you can overcome the propaganda but it is deadly powerful. To this day, I can’t believed how brainwashed I was.
The fact that Harris, the whole Biden cabinet as well as the media, lied all this time about Biden’s mental decline was enough to ensure that I wouldn’t vote for them. If you can’t trust them to say there’s a problem with the president, that he seems to have dementia then I can’t trust anything else they say. When Trump was talking about immigration and the crime rate, it’s true that the stats look better on paper than they actually are. When people aren’t prosecuted for crimes , crime rates go down. Very few of the smash and grabs the have occurred over the last few years saw an arrest, so no prosecution. Businesses have closed on both coasts because they couldn’t afford the losses that were happening regularly. And I don’t know, but I would imagine someone who had been arrested for a serious crime and gets out with no bail probably won’t show up for trial.
It has nothing to do with convictions or charges. It is the number of reported cases. That would be the dumbest way to calculate the crime rate. You need to check it out before you act like you know what you are talking about. I don't mean to sound rude but I am just saying that's misinformation you are spreading.
You don't know what your talking about. Craime rates are based on numbers of REPORTED crimes not on numbers of prosecutions. Stop trying to educate others until you are sure of wtf you're talking about. It is generally thought that crime rates "look better on paper" as you put it because inevitably some incidents of crime will go unreported.
@@strella22 there are no arrests. Therefore the stats are skewed. Employees were told not to challenge shoplifters. During the “peaceful” protests no one was charged with arson or rioting or looting. I am curious: Which states have a 50% drop in child poverty? In "WOKE Oregon," everyone who owns property pays school tax. However, some families cannot afford to buy their own school supplies, so the children whose families do buy school supplies must put them in a community pot for everyone to share. Still, many parishioners from various churches in the community and others usually donate $35 - $100 in school supplies to the school community pot for these poor families that cannot afford a 35-cent spiral notebook, pens, or even the small total of $10 of basic supplies. This adds up to thousands of dollars worth of supplies for public schools donated by those who pay around $1,000 in taxes just for schools. Many senior citizens struggle to pay for their rent, medication, and basic living expenses and still donate school supplies. Harris states that the Biden administration put 2,000-a-month cap on senior medications. WHAT? Who on a fixed income can afford that a month? How much do Biden and Harris pay out of their pocket a month for medical expenses, including insurance? How much do they donate to schools out of their pockets? We also give free breakfasts and lunches and have free food boxes handed out to poor families. So again, which states have seen a 50% reduction in child poverty?
Right! Same here in GA. The property owners pay the property taxes that fund the schools. And then we give again the school supplies for the poor. And they get food stamps, free lunches free healthcare, possibly free housing. Not to mention the undocumented that send their kids to school and do not contribute to the tax base. Anyone that understands economics, will not vote Blue!

Greg, while I appreciate your attempt at a disclaimer, I think it is an oversimplification and avoidant to say, "it's just ideology". Politics is not as simple as ideology because it involves a complex interplay of power, interests, institutions, and human behavior. While ideologies provide a framework for beliefs and values, real-world politics must navigate practical constraints, compromises, and competing priorities. Politicians often face challenges such as public opinion, economic pressures, cultural differences, and geopolitical realities that require pragmatic decision-making, which can lead them to deviate from ideological purity. Additionally, political systems are shaped by historical contexts, legal structures, and social dynamics, making political actions and outcomes far more nuanced than ideological positions alone can capture.

She looked like she was melting under the table. I usually like Mark's assessment, but his take on this one didn't resonate with me, and yes, she had notes which is scary, especially after she spent the entire day with Dana the day before. We need to see her in an interview that isn't staged.
@@ralph4694 I thought it was Greg who said moments of brilliance. Mark said it too? I must have missed something during the Kamala interview. lol As far as Mark goes he's one of my favorites but I think he was analyzing it from a different perspective than I was hoping for.

Harris is asked about policies and instead answers her values have not changed. Didn't answer the question. I think she thinks that by repeating 'my values have not changed' over and over will make people forget what the real question was.
@@lisafeck1537 I just get a strong feeling that she's being fake. Maybe part of that is because she's faking confidence in a new role, but my gut says that she's avoiding truth to get votes. The question was why she changed. Answer: My values haven't changed, but the way of getting to the result has! =Not banning fracking because they can do other stuff that gives the same results.
Mark can see how Kamala’s technique is admirable whether he agrees with her policies or not, he’s honing in on her ability as a politician to do what politicians do to avoid answering questions
Even democrats admit the CNN interview was awful. Kamala got zero votes in the 2020 primary for a reason. Six weeks ago, she was the least popular VP in history.
Great video! I like that regardless of your personal views on politics, you guys were unbiased on your analysis of the candidates.... Maybe you should make a video of political derangement (based on the comments, it seem to affect a lot of people!)
I was thinking the same idea today when I saw this topic. But sadly, it's at the point where logic and reason have zero influence. They would have to go way way back to when it started. And keep in mind Samuel Clemens, "It's easier to fool someone than to convince them they've been fooled." It's been astoundingly effective. It's like, Up is Down, change my mind ha : )
RFKjr, Tulsi, don't forget Elon Musk has accepted a position with the administration as well, if Trump wins. There's people from all parties -including independents, libertarians, even some anarchists, who are dropping petty differences and coming together in an honest to goodness Unity Movement. And it's because we recognize that we are all on the same page when it comes to the most important issues. We're watching a completely new Republican party emerging leaving the establishment war mongers and the plutocracy behind.
C'mon, y'all. She's a presidential candidate! If you're going to insist on using her first name (which is not your typical habit in the political videos I've seen you analyze), could you at least work to pronounce it correctly please? It's KAM-a-la, rhymes with MOM-a-la. Love you, love your show. :)
IMO, stats cannot show that crime is down, because stats are numbers of arrests. If number of arrests are down, it should be stated clearly that the number of arrests is, and has always been, a fraction of overall crime. And where I live, criminals are arrested less and less. Arrests may be down; but crime is rampant.

I recently saw a video of Robert Kennedy in his home showing the camera that there is a flying grasshopper on a chair. He reaches out with his hand and deftly grabs the thing ... and it's not small, it's a pretty big bug. He holds it with its head poking out between his fingers and the body inside his hand and talks about it. He tells about catching these creatures as a child. And then he goes outside and lets it go as he tells us they spit out a brown 'goo' as they are caught. Oddly gross. But also oddly confident. Oddly intimidating. Just a bit off-kilter, which, in my opinion is a good thing for a world leader. Other leaders should have a healthy respect and a bit of fear and wondering about our U.S. president. (Again, my opinion, but an indecisive, timid person does not make the best leader.)

Seriously? I think we shouldn’t trust you with your vote and lack of homework/research. Do yourself, your family and country a favor--read below, so your own homework and don’t vote “Democratic” if you actually want your country to remain in healthy contact. So you didn’t like that he brokered deals like Abraham Accord, negotiated with leaders of very different backgrounds in order to mitigate /stop hostile actions by Isis, he did NOT start any wars, he has honoured and compensated veterans, putting big Pharma in its place by holding them more accountable with their pricing and lowered prices, taxes and gas prices were low/stable. Did you not like the increase of employment and job market, the economy was thriving. Did you not like the safety on the street- law and order because there were police/military that were supported and properly trained. Please clarify, what did you not like? The way he looked? The way he talked? The way he hurt your feelings? Really, enlighten me and the others--specifically tell us how this current kind of administration is serving the country--and by country I mean, the USA, the country they were supposed to serve. Instead under Biden/Harris (which by the way) Biden had 4 decades (that’s 40years!) in politics to make a positive difference--he didn’t. And Harris had almost 4 years in his admin to make a positive difference-she hasn’t. Instead, let’s break it down (to see the real breakdown) according to hard facts-the stats--not according to your ego or Trumps or Bidens. It’s likely worse as this gov’t is corrupt and so is bought up media. Unemployment 14.7% Illegal immigration 2.7MILLION Homelessness up 3% (it’s gotta be way more than that, visibly!) Major crime (murder, assaults) up 30%!! Fentanyl overdoses leading death up 94%!!! And 70% of all drug overdoses. This is the real epidemic crisis. That’s right I said it. Gas prices up 50% apparently due to “global supply” and a war between Russia and Ukraine stoked by Biden Administration. Housing market up 35% since 2021 and renting up 20% since then too. Not to mention the drug cartel big pharma. We’ll leave it at that. Perhaps you should unplug from sponsored, bought up media and stop bitching about the sound of Trump and his orange face and start thinking like an adult instead of a lost teenager. (No offence to teens). It’s probably best to use your eyes and look around. Take notes. Look at what’s under your nose--and hopefully it’s not crack, cocaine and do yourself and your country a favor and DON’T vote for this admin again. Look at what worked or was **functional and reasonable for the people of USA --and by the way, that was including legal immigrants and people of color etc. Maybe you can consider getting your head out of the sand, out of social media conditioning and out of the destructive narratives and agendas that are trying to rip the fabric of the country that was once based on freedom. That’s right. Freedom of speech. Freedom to feed your family and to live freedom of religion without your culture and religion and livelihood been taken up by corrupt admin and illegal immigration that is purposely imposed. Not to mention the human trafficking which is a whole other disturbing situation that too many people aren’t yet seeing and in denial about. So are we done here? Are you willing to see why more than half of the bloody country want to vote Trump? At the very least people in your position (lacking facts and knowledge) can do is to just stop with the constant parroting the left provides you with. Just stop and wake up.

Too bad Dana came across as hesitant, nervous,hedging... call it what you will, she was anything but confident in this first clip. Could be her own insecurities about "HER" own "performance" proffessionaly, or was it about her own "performance" personally?

I don't think the goal of this show is to persuade people one way or another and I don't really understand why the comments are so negative. As Greg said "Grow up" 😊❤ P.S. It's interesting how people here don't like observations. Argue what you don't like, not resort to insults and belittling. Everyone has their opinion and the right to express it, but those opinions should also receive constructive criticism when warranted. There's too much meanness and it needs to be checked.
This video is so balanced and straight forwardly factual. The fact that some cannot even handle this level of discourse without unsubbing and getting angry shows how poorly they reason and how fragile their convictions are.

Greg, I really value what you said about polarization and not letting politics taint how we view our friends and neighbors. Every election day I post a selfie on social media with my "I voted" sticker. People always want me to say who I voted for, and my response is, "We have secret ballots in this country precisely so we don't have to lose friends over politics. I just ask that you go vote now for who you think is best."
Correct, and we will all have to reckon with which side of history we land
But while I agree with the my voted sticker, people in Greece believed in voicing one's opinion vocally during the political debates. They wanted everyone to participate, and I see so many doing that here. Even the negative comments. I love you all for participating.

@heather…
Presume much?
Ridiculous.
I can't think of one.

Mark, maybe you haven't watched much of RFK, but he wasn't just yearning for 'the good old days', he was making a point that the left have moved away from their former centralist position (Bill Clinton style), to a partnership with big pharma, big business, social media platforms, using lawfare to an extreme point. You say that it's the future and things change, but a partnership with big business should be a concern for everyone. It's clear the left have moved even further left, but didn't leave a forwarding address. Ironic the way the left describe conservatives as "far right" , when those policies look very similar with Clinton's. That's why RFK is more comfortable with Trump, as his policies in many ways WERE the policies of the Democrats. By the way, I live in Australia, but am interested in politics.

Unemployment 14.7%
Illegal immigration 2.7MILLION
Homelessness up 3% (it’s gotta be way more than that, visibly!)
Major crime (murder, assaults) up 30%!!
Mark cannot hide his disdain for Trump and acts so proud of Kamala as if he personally coached her before the interview. In my opinion, it makes his evaluation less meaningful.
Well, Scott is the Trump guy here. They're not just behavioural analyst, but also citizens/voters.

Has brought destruction, chaos and confusion to our Nation.. Everything our great Nation was founded on has been thrown upside down according to what everyone in our Nation has believed in.. Truth, Prosperity, Peace, vs Lies, Chaos, Confusion, Destruction of our Nation and our People, Division by RACE, CHRISTIAN BELIEFS, GENDER AND THE PARENTAL REDPONSIBILITIES TO THEIR MINOR CHILDREN REF THEIR GENDER?
well everyone outside of the states kinda hate trump, hahaha.
@@dungbtl And why exactly should Americans care about what you think?
Nah, I'm not going to watch any BHP reviews on the Presidential characters. The famous 4 are human and regardless of what they say they are influenced by their own political beliefs. I'll hold off watching until they get back to reviewing actual behaviour of the characters involved.
I agreeeeeee
Nah, Greg was the only one who let his politics shine through. And who cares? I’d prefer to know their politics and use that to inform my opinion of their analysis
In the first segment, if you hadn't seen the clip you would think they were talking about Trump. But they don't say any of that when they are analyzing him. They act like he's speaking truth when he's lying constantly. Instead of body language, they say he said this, he said that. He meant this.
Too bad Dana came across as hesitant, nervous,hedging... call it what you will, she was anything but confident in this first clip.
Could be her own insecurities about "HER" own "performance" proffessionaly, or was it about her own "performance" personally?
Thank you all for daring to analyse both parties and giving us some insights on how this is all framed and put together. I don't think the goal of this show is to persuade people one way or another and I don't really understand why the comments are so negative. As Greg said "Grow up" 😊❤
P.S. Btw, I love the new bookshelf Mark!
