Its construction of my sweet home.
There are many mistakes here 🙏
1. Your surface preparation is not adequate there is lot of cement latence on the floor after the chisel and hammer wire brushing needs to be done with intermittent washing to remove all loose latence.
Covings at wall joint is missing proper cement sand covings need to be made before waterproofing treatment.
2. After final washing it's important that we hydro test by filling water up to 3 inch to check leakage .(we need to treat the leakage and after repair we again hydro test and see for any active leakage if all is ok only then we go further .
3.We wash and allow surface to dry till it's damp usually 2 to 3 days but depends on atmospheric weather conditions.
4. Primer coat is applied in cross hatch Patten at least the surface is completely blinded with primer till coat is tacky.
5.Apply the first coat of so that you get at leat 1.5 to 2 kg material per sq.mt of as per manufacturer data sheet.
Apply the second coat when the first coat is tacky .in cross hatch consuming 1.5 kg to 1.8 kg .
Allow the coats to air cure.
Also place a small bleeder pipe closed at one end with perforated holes opening towards the shaft where the pipes will run it shall work as a drain incase there is a pipe leak in the sunken along with the water and waste.
As for the mistake here there are so many .
Primer is too too thin
The surface is wet and there is stagnant water ,etc and more
I recommend to do away with sunken and to hide the pipes we can do false celing which can be openable it's being followed by many builders .
In Chyna, we do not waterproof homes.
The houses are meant to only last 7 years

From 1:42, when you haven't water proof the floor, you already use water! What is the point of water proofing later when water already seep into the ground prior to water proofing?

DRFIXIT Documentation says one should not mix any cement/white cement with the material. But you have added what it likes white cement, Does it make it effective
It comes with cement.
For LW+ cement is used
Which 2 cement is put.
shouldn’t be added cement other than the cement came along with the pack and this will applicable for water, only white chemical should you.. wrong information

What you are adding, give in details ratio. Is it better to do waterproofing Dr fixit URB + cement 1:1.5 ratio. Better to do with a 4" brush and then plastering the areas.
