Helo this is simply superb.i followed nd applied. 2 years over till now no issues, recently we observed small drops at one corner, I want to do recoating but give me your suggestions, how to recoat please do one more video.thank you.
Very informative video.I need roof proofing for my 35 years old house.The procedure suggested is 1.cleaning the terrace woth blower 2. Drilling the cracks and filling with chemicals 3. Apply 2 coats of FOSGUARD CONBEXTRA EP 10. My doubt is why cracks need to be widened, then treated with chemicals. I feel more damage would be caused to the roof. No cleaning with water at all. Is this method correct. Can you give your opinion please.
They say that reason for widening cracks is to know the depth of the crack, they suggest cutting out slab in v shape so the crack seal liquid fills the gaps. The slab has to be scrubbed with metal brushes to get rid of any paint or residue . The purpose of this is to allow good bonding. Even I too am in a dilemma on what to do with a leaking roof . I felt that using roof tiles like ROCO can serve the leakage issue and can reduce the temperature of top floor. The other best way out for bad leaks is to use some metal sheet shed or a PU sheet shed to prevent any water from satting on the slab or even using solar panels with proper iron sheets can solve the leakage, give free power & create an extra roof terrace space .
Best solution is aluminium roofing ( sheet type or louver type). Keeps interior cool and free from damping . Please paint a white colour on top of this for good heat reflection and cooling.Please use a good mask before doing jobs like this . ❤️❤️❤️ థన్యవాదాలు From Kerala,India 👍.

@@SwapnasCreatives actually firs 1) fosrgurd SBR latex liquid...with 1liter + liter water...stir it well and add 3 kg cement and stir it and apply ....after two three day 2) step .... fosrgurd complast wl extra add 200 ml in ...water for quantity of 50kg cement and sand require...one should know first how much water required for 50 kg cement and required sand ...( Mix of liquid to be made first..) all this liquid should be stir well and added to cement and sand in the end.( Big mistake of workers is ...they are adding fosrgurd liquid to cement sand water mix ...( Liquids should be prepared first) .
For covering 1200/- flat say with coverage 985 sft one has to vest at least 7 cans which is 39200/- for Brush bond roof guard 20lts which covers 150 sft... for economical RFX is much suitable...can cover in 12 to 13k

Thank you 🙏, 1st we need to do slab plastering. Then apply this paint. Apply 2coats in the morning or evening time. Definitely it will work 5 to 10 years.

One packet of powder and liquid cost is 2500 rupees. It will cover around 100 to 200 sq ft. First try with one packet. Then decide how many required based on it.

Thank you for the video. In another video, some body posted that , the cracks only to be grinded half Inch deep and epoxy adhesive is to be put for water proofing. Looks like that works out cheap and best. He has not given the cost and coverage area. Entire slab need not be painted. What is your advise for us.
This is not a proper procedure mam you do a protection over the waterproof layer Like plastering Or any uv resistance coating This won’t last even for 6 months

Drilling is not required if cracks are with small gap. We need to clean the surface with water to remove the dust for better results

Hi , Can use layers of the fosgaurd to create slop, to avoid roof ponding.
If we add layers like 6 layers , 4 layers, 2 layers. Does it clear slop
IT DOES NOT SERVE THE PURPOSE. FOR 2 COATS IT MAY HAVE 1mm THICKNESS.

Surface Wash thoroughly, after it dried up 90% , you can paint, thick 2 coats , apply in cool weather morning or evening. It will give long lost .

Thank you for the video. In another video, some body posted that , the cracks only to be grinded half Inch deep and epoxy adhesive is to be put for water proofing.
Looks like that works out cheap and best. He has not given the cost and coverage area. Entire slab need not be painted. What is your advise for us.
That solution covers only cracks area as a temporary solution. If you want full slab then go for this.
If there are cracks in the roof ,fill the cracks with adhesive.then go for painting

This won’t last even for 6 months
We used this for head tank 5 years back. We didn't see any issue so far.
