I got my second jab of Pfizer on Friday! Both jabs were relatively painless. I did have a fever and chills about 10 hours after my second jab, but it only lasted about a day.
My old barn used to do that when they brought the horses in. They would open the gates and they’d all run to they’re stalls, with the main barn gates shut of course lol
You made a good choice using this for schooling. Of course take us along for next week. I think it is wise to have Mum there for jabs in case of reactions. Glad you did well.
I just love the way Dee jumps. She’s so careful! Before each jump she puts her head down and takes a good focused look at the oncoming jump. It’s so cute!!!

Things I love about this: 1) Ace's solo field exit, 2) the girls jumping. Love them both, 3) your jab footage. So happy for you! I had my first dose a couple of months ago and have the second on Wednesday. I AZ because I'm pregnant and have underlying health problems so my doctor wanted me to have it ASAP when I got to the second trimester. Though I know I'd now probably have the Pfizer I have to say my experience with AZ was absolutely fine- no side effects at all (my husband had some when he had his, but only minor ones; he said it felt like a hangover).

The Covid Jab itself it’s bad at all doesn’t hurt but the worrying part is not knowing if your going to be unlucky and have a reaction to it or not and you can’t know until it’s to late
Nothing that paracetamol, plenty fluids & rest can't cope with, should you get some side effects. I have severe health issues (mostly lung conditions) - the alternative was potentially deadly for me. Its a case of risk & reward. Hoping all Meg fans (& Meg's family) stay well. Do the right thing guys - get vaccinated if you can.
@@annejarvis7002 paracetamol won’t fix everything I’m not saying don’t have the Vaccine everyone 100% should but there is a small risk you could have a reaction to it and it depends how bad the reaction is as to if paracetamol will fix it or not Not trying to put people off but it is something everyone needs to be aware of

I'm not the only one who appreciates 'average days' vlogging. Nothing wrong with showing things how they are. And for what it's worth, public health advice where I am (Canada) strongly encourages this sort of vaccine experience demystification/discussion/documentation by members of the public. It's true that in most circumstances you can't have a pic taken during the process, but in some of the supersites there are "I just got the jab!" backdrops on the way out so's people can take selfies there, lol. I wasn't hesitant about getting the jab- it beats the heck out of getting the virus- but hearing people I knew talking about their experiences reinforced my conviction that it wasn't going to be a big deal... and it wasn't. I had a sore arm for a couple of days that was a minor problem at best.
I want the jab so bad but have a phobia of needles (gone to therapy and everything) but hearing abt your experience definitely helps to go in the right direction - thanks Meg!! And good luck with Bear! 🤞💕

I went to allenshill the other day for unaffiliated sj for our first ever comp and he..... stopped at every single fence in the clear round then we retired at fence to in the 60 ✌ 😆 was actually a really good positive learning day and the people at the venue were so lovely 😍
We are willing to go to any shows with the girls and I think Jam was very good at her first 1m DeDe did good to but I think you are right about Jam a bit more schooling at that height she will learn but I thought all four rounds where good rounds considering they have only done not even a handful of shows yet and I am glad Hobbit was wearing the obligatory stripes
Jam has done so much growing up, mentally speaking! She looks more mature, even though you had to circle and all that. I love how far she's come so far!

I had my vaccine a couple months ago. Moderna. The second shot was horrible for me. Felt like crap most of the day, but that was it.
