you are overtaking on blind turns, especially while overtaking the truck in which the road in the front was not visible because of the turn. You could have crashed into an oncoming vehicle, fortunately there was no oncoming traffic!!!

Performance is super strong. The engine tuning is adjusted for higher altitudes. So the mild lag you get on cities is not present on hills. Its lot of fun. Have not tried with pillion though on hills
It should be comfortable, however you might need to raise the handle bar for your height, handle bar risers are available. Best to take a test ride and get the real feel of the bike

Nothing of that sort, again it's important to be in the right gear to extract the best torque from the machine, I use 3rd usually 30-50 kmph and bike runs smoothly.

The service center is 60 kms away so if I go for there to get this noise checked I was thinking I should get the first service done too because it's tedious going again and again. I'm at 200km done and 10 days since purchase. What do you suggest?
Chain alignment and slack might be off, chain adjustment is similar to any other bike, if you have a trusted mechanic locally, I will recommend you to get it aligned as per manual and lubed.

With heavy pillion it struggles a bit to do hair pin climb n second. But u can slip the clutch a bit n do it.

Did not check specific to hills but overall trip of 400+km was 35kmpl, ready on highway upto 110-120 kmph where ever road permits....

Yes as compared to my Kawasaki Z900 it's definitely slow and one needs to downshift in order to overtake 😀
