i appreciate you acknowledging eating disorders. i think that it is fine to talk about adding things in for your health. as someone with an eating disorder, i personally find it unharmful to talk about protein/fiber/veggies/etc but talking about specific calories or cutting them is definitely more activating. just me tho
i wouldn't have commented unless you mentioned it. for anyone thinking i am being dramatic. i just would take a break from watching or fast forward

Keegan, you have such a genuine heart it truly is inspiring to watch every week. I appreciate you acknowledging the possibility of triggering those with disordered eating! For me personally I appreciate the way you approach talking about food and fueling your body. Nothing wrong with being aware of peoples triggers but remember that every individual is responsible for their own triggers. Thank you for being so self aware and caring of others 🩷

I cut up my strawberries all the time after washing, and I don’t normally put a paper towel in the Tupperware with them. They don’t normally go bad before I eat them all (like five days), so you probably don’t need to waste your paper towels! I do try to make sure I let the water drip off a bit before I cut them, and I do find that traders strawberries don’t last as long as other stores in general, but I haven’t had a huge issue

Hot tip from your local (not local) 28 yr old: Don't like food that you bought at the grocery store? Give it to a friend. Whenever I don't like some food that I bought, I offer it to a friend. So that way I know it's still gonna be eaten, I gave a weird gift to a friend, and I didn't waster my money. It is especially helpful when trying new foods to know that it is going to some place where it may be liked better, and it's good for the environment since you're not wasting things!
Something to consider: Have a credit card that is just used for your reoccurring bills (Love the Citi Double Cash card 2% cash back on all purchases). Never keep this card in your wallet. That way if your wallet is stollen or lost your have a back up at home to use until your new cards come in. Good luck with everything!!

I think it’s perfectly fine to post about your journey to a more healthy lifestyle! This country definitely has an obesity epidemic and it’s uncomfortable for people to talk about. I’m always looking for new recipes and ways to add protein, vegetables, and fiber to my diet as well so I’d love to see how you incorporate them!

I enjoy cooking but, same, I’m not a professional by any means😂I love using my air fryer and ninja creami the most. I just made chicken fajitas in the air fryer the other day and it tasted amazing.. I don’t know if you still use your ninja creami, but I have a few protein ice cream recipes I’m obsessed with.
Try adding a couple tablespoons of flour and a bit of baking powder to the egg bites along with the cottage cheese!

I broke my left wrist about 2 and a half years ago. It was a bad break. I had to have surgery. There’s a metal plate and screws still in there.
