Yeah, well I can tell you that the troops in those bases probably don't have beef with each other.
Pretty much only the politicians of each country has, but the troops on the ground generally see each other as brothers in arms (they probably see each other more as brothers than their fellow countrymen at home, because they share the same profession).
America chose China, Pakistan and Middle East but these countries choosing Russia and China now. On the other hand Russia chose true friend like India.
