Hi, I'm Czechian and no, its not Czech language ... its Serbo-Croatian as someon already mentioned ... btw. both languages have many similiraties bcos both they are basically slav languages ... btw in Czechia, there are much more laws that forces the lift maintenancer to check it frequently ... so it is less possible to happen here ...
