Great video! How did you measure the wall mounts to get the monitors lined up? I’m getting ready to install a video wall at work with 4 85” Samsung TVs.
QQ, if the HV Flip option is grayed out, is there a way to unlock it? Called Samsung twice and second time they told me my TV doesn't have the flip option. Any suggestions and what Samsun TV make and model did you buy?
Awesome build and setup mate. I working on planning this out for myself just now. Please tell me... Do you have any reduction in resolution when you go with the one input across all 4 screens?
@ff2020able What Samsung TV Make and Model did you use that allows the HV Flip? Most Samsung TV still don't have that function according to Samsung unless you buy a $3K TV. Thx
Did your Samsung remotes all come out of the box where they only controlled the one tv they came with OR did you have to do something to make that work that way???
Sooooo…. Let’s talk a little more about the audio system in that fuggin outstanding TV room ya got there?! What type of speakers are those? What receiver are you pushing them with? Do you need to manually change the input on your audio receiver every time you change the matrix?
Just figured this out last night... kind of clunky but works... laser level the lower ones... the intention mount one of the upper ones higher then needed... measure the gap between the upper and lower TV the move the upper mount down that measurement... laser level or use the new upper lower mount distance measurement for the last one... also get mounts that have leveling adjustments... it will close any gaps
So quick question. Does this need to be specific TV's in order for this to work? And also, do you need that matrix thing in order to split one input 4 ways?
This is the most AMAZING, & AWESOMENESS thing EVER.!!! I would love to do the same thing. I'm trying to build a *(Space Station). In my spare room / Mancave. You sir have a new subscriber. Keep up the great work.
@@ehaitem Thing have changed so much. I'm now in Florida starting all over. Once I do get my own place 😌. Plus build a gaming rig. I will need a space station. To have it all in.. All I have is time. Since I'm retired now..
I'm AMAZED by this. I found a Samsung promo about video walls but they the product is not sold yet. I want this! I need your help with the list of things to purchase. How much does this product cost and can I go bigger to 8 monitors if I that was a possibility?
Hey dude you really help me to build my video wall. Thank you. Just a question: how do you turn all 4 TVs with the switch at same time. What kind of switch is that?
Great setup... not just the tech either, the whole room looks very nicely finished : ) I went for twin 65" side by side for my computer setup as I only wanted a single split. But, if I turn around, the opposite wall is targeted by a DLP projector which has less resolution, but gives me the size without the bezels, for movies and games. This hybrid approach works well for me. Audio is 4x M-Audio BX-8 studio monitors in surround, only two of which are in use when I'm coding. These work well as I live alone _(the treble sweet spot is very narrow and can only cover about 2 people)_ ... I kinda wish I'd just gone with BX5s : / The table is a custom built 180 degree wrap, made from MDF coated with 3Ms "DI-NOC" Architectural Laminate ... which looks incredible and gives lots of space to work - but when I turn to around watch movies, still gives me an unobstructed view whilst maintaining usable surfaces left and right. The table has dimmable RGB courtesy lighting on the underside but I keep the glow to a minimum as it can be distracting. Above the two 65's I have a bank of six 4:3 old LCD down-tilted Dell monitors powered by an APC smart PDU, so that they can come on automatically when triggered - these are both my CCTV monitors and my server monitors (I run multiple Dell M1000E blade-servers, part XEN, part HPC Cluster and some external servers) It's really starting to shape up quite nicely. I'm trying to figure out how to install automatic blinds that can completely black-out the room as currently I just have some ugly heavy curtains. A friend has suggested a folding concertina system on a rail, but I have no idea how to get that done and the commercial systems I've seen are just too damned expensive : ( The rest of the house looks like hell, and my kitchen is falling apart, but hey! Priorities! XD
it looks nice, but this kind of setup is more for some event/showroom, which you don't watch constantly. Its not for home main cinema screen or working on it, because lines are still big. It would be better to completely remove the plastics around the screen, at least the ones in the middles that goes, but you need to be carefull of course to not cut anything. Then it would be more watchable. Flips and all that is manageable, but the final results is important. You can see that sometimes lines covers some text and its hard to read imidiate. But great job for efforts and i hope you enjoying it.
I'm not positive of this, but pretty sure he doesn't give a single fuck whether you think it belongs in his house or not. That was the cleanest install x 4... just say "imma broke bitch and cant have anything like that"; get a lot more respect that way
i believe that model of tv comes with a smart remote which only pairs to one tv at a time. if you have a standard remote you would have to cover the ir sensors of the other tvs im afraid :(
Yes but when a normal switch is pressed the tvs only receive power, they are not also powered on. This switch actually turned them all on at the same time. KEY element of this setup. How did that happen? Im told a video wall controller links the video signals up, not the power. How do you link up the power? And what is that product called
I was going to do the same thing until the 85+ inch 4K TVs started to come down in price. I can simply use Digital Tigers Ultraview Desktop Manager 2.0 and quad split a big monster TV instead.
Great job, my friend. Really liked the TV flip and also the Video Wall function. If the matrix switcher can support the iPad control, that would be easier for the sources switching.
Anthony y Vanessa he’s got two vertical two horizontal. If u look at it math was 2x2 is 4 there’s four screens.. if it was a 3x2 that would b 3 screens wide by 2 tall
I am not a good techie person can you and I'm sorry I do know this was 3 years ago can you just a brief explanation of how you connected all the TVs in the back together I'm not a techie person I do socially apologize if this is inconvenience but I do appreciate you taking the time to read this... But I try to do it and I end up getting the same picture in each screen I wanted to do exactly what you did but I do not know how to do that once again I do appreciate you showing me this and if it's an inconvenience I do apologize but thank you again once again for reading this
Soo about 600$ a tv (2020 prices so you paid alot more in 2018) 2400$ plus 800 for the box 3200 not counting the wall mounts or extra cable for a 110" tv when you could have got a 90" lost 20inches but no black cross dead Center so it equals out but Samsung 110" tv is at a wopping million dollars so you have my support 🤣😂🤣 just not my budget
A quite nice setup. Routing all the cables in case you need them in the future was a very smart idea!
With the matrix switch, can you isolate the audio to one of the tvs when showing multiple sources? Would make a great home sports bar setup
Sir!!!! that set up is OFF THE CHARTS!!!! GREAT WORK!!!
thanks for showing us your setup. awesome.
All I can say is WOW~! You did a PHENOMENAL Job. IT looks incredible.
Thats THE BEST mancave EVER.....Respect!!!!
well fellas we know where we having the SB party. wicked set up
Great video! How did you measure the wall mounts to get the monitors lined up? I’m getting ready to install a video wall at work with 4 85” Samsung TVs.
bros got the supervillain lair spot.. LOVE IT
You are a genius. Why didn't I think of just flipping them upside-down?! THANK YOU!!! I just purchased 4 55" Samsung Crystal UHD's today.
Supposedly this will damage the TV pixels??? How is yours working?
Do you have to flip the tv upside down ?
It's solid. No issues.
QQ, if the HV Flip option is grayed out, is there a way to unlock it? Called Samsung twice and second time they told me my TV doesn't have the flip option. Any suggestions and what Samsun TV make and model did you buy?
Super nice setup
How did you get the Tv's to react to only one remote. Right now my remote controls all my tvs and its a pain
What was the tv displaying at the beginning of the video?
Wow love your setup
What do you estimate your total cost for your video wall?
What did you do in order to get the view to split into two screen
Awesome build and setup mate.
I working on planning this out for myself just now.
Please tell me... Do you have any reduction in resolution when you go with the one input across all 4 screens?
I really want to know exactly how to do that and if could be done in 4k 120hz per screen as single image
@ff2020able What Samsung TV Make and Model did you use that allows the HV Flip? Most Samsung TV still don't have that function according to Samsung unless you buy a $3K TV. Thx
awesome instructional video. much appreciated
How much did it cost to get this fully operational? TVs, all the needed cords/hardware, etc?
Did your Samsung remotes all come out of the box where they only controlled the one tv they came with OR did you have to do something to make that work that way???
Here we are 6 years later. How has this system held up?
Any tips on hanging the screens perfectly inline with one another.... given that they are on 4 independent mounts??
Thanks.
Go get you a cheap laser or 6ft level from a hardware store
10:21 please write it down in description bro
Thank you so much, i was looking for this set up
Amazing setup 🔥🔥🔥
Great set up!! were would you find the secret set up for different brand tvs or does only work on samsung?
Hi can I use HDMI splitter to have multiple TV screens display as one big screen?
Is there any way to buy tv with smaller borders and make it work
Where did you find the info to flip the picture?.i have several brands of TV's in my rental company...where do I get the matrix from
Do you have a list of all the parts that you used and the model number of the tv ??
Very cool! I will be emulating!
What switch did you use for the audio? Please elaborate a little more on that.. thx
Sooooo…. Let’s talk a little more about the audio system in that fuggin outstanding TV room ya got there?! What type of speakers are those? What receiver are you pushing them with?
Do you need to manually change the input on your audio receiver every time you change the matrix?
When you are playing something different in each tv, does the audio comes out each tv or it is no audio?
Thanks for the video, what matrix do you have ?
I realize I watch this 8 months later. but.. maybe just watch the video? :) ua-cam.com/video/QXACatpM5fg/v-deo.html
Love the Dialing Computer at the start
How did you get the placements of the wall mounts on the wall perfectly even and to where they were even and not too close or to far spread?
Just figured this out last night... kind of clunky but works... laser level the lower ones... the intention mount one of the upper ones higher then needed... measure the gap between the upper and lower TV the move the upper mount down that measurement... laser level or use the new upper lower mount distance measurement for the last one... also get mounts that have leveling adjustments... it will close any gaps
What do I need to make one screen with 2 tvs
Just curious to know if they sell bigger televisions with little to no bezel?
They do. They sell TV’s for commercial application that are made for video walls. They also sell specific video wall mounting brackets
Sounds like spending on a projector with a white wall may be easier and easier to t/s when there is an issue
So quick question. Does this need to be specific TV's in order for this to work? And also, do you need that matrix thing in order to split one input 4 ways?
What matrix brand/ model did you use?
How much would you say your total price was?
Home run! You made it look too easy though. Thanks for sharing the tv name year & model.
Can i do this with alot more TVs?
very useful & honest video .. thanks
What matrix switch are you using
have you tried taking the frame off?
Thanks for sharing. Did u special TVs or do they IP’s or regular TVs?
This is the most AMAZING, & AWESOMENESS thing EVER.!!! I would love to do the same thing. I'm trying to build a *(Space Station). In my spare room / Mancave. You sir have a new subscriber. Keep up the great work.

Name of that matrix box you used? Pls thx

Did you tried to take only the display without bezel?
Buying a house soon and definitely doing this in my cave.

I got a samsung 7000 series 2020 hv flip is greyed out cannot use that..I returned them.. mayb 2020 8000 series??
Awesome. Didn’t even know this is possible, thank you.

It's the HDMI matrix switcher to have all 4 TVs to show the same source
@@wangrocky7226 can you please send me the exact name of the switch which you use and from were you purchased it.
Can you make a video about how you set up the HDMI matrix . I have 4 📺 and I don't know how to hook them with the splitter.
