Badam barfi Recipe ( Odia ) | Burfi Recipe by Mrunalinee : Barfi / Burfi is a Indian soft and sweet dish . Which has many variations such as Cashew barfi, Lauki barfi, coconut barfi etc. Here I have shown very beautiful and smooth , melt in mouth Barfi ( Burfi ) using Peanut ( Badam / Mungphali ). This delectable sweet ( Badam Barfi / Peanut Barfi ) is prepared with very less ingredients such as peanut, sugar, milk powder etc. This soft and smooth Barfi can be prepared very easily during any festival, occasion, celebration etc. So , must try this Badam barfi at home . Enjoy :)
Ingredients :
1. Raw Peanut - 2 cups ( or 250 gm )
2. Sugar - 1 cup ( or 125 gm ) or 8 tbsp
3. Water - 1/2 cup
4. Milk Powder ( Amul or any ) - 2 tbsp
5. Green Cardamo powder - 1/2 tsp ( or 3 nos. )
6. Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) - ( as required )
