Great message. The more things you try, the more capable you realize you are. Each victory builds true self esteem, each loss is a learning experience.

One of the first lessons I quickly learned with tackling any automotive project was to have a Helm Repair Manual (if one was produced) for any car I owned. Unlike the Chilton or Haynes Manuals, the Helm Repair Manuals includes all the sections pertaining to the specific car (including those all important wiring diagrams). While a Helm Manual can be pricey (they are what most auto shop mechanics use), if you plan to have a car for a while, they will pay for themselves over the time you keep the car. Good on you for just tackling the hunting down of screws to get the panel off. I found myself having to remove door panels (and other interior trim) often enough that I bought an interior trim removal tool. The tool looks just like a screwdriver but the end is at about a 45 degree angle and forked to accommodate most interior fasteners and helps you achieve leverage to remove items more easily (though I usually have to replace the plastic clips as they're usually old and have hit their service life). Of course these days with resources like UA-cam, a person can even just do a quick search on "how to..." and find a way to resolve the challenge. Another outstanding video to resolve a challenge and excellent advice in dealing with life's challenges. 💯👍

My suggestion always always always do research on repairs you want to do before doing repairs, and potentially you won't do something that makes something worse by uninformed self repair work. That's just my suggestion still good video also always keep a level head and you can do anything.
