That's mostly a bug, spawns are not like that and, and it's a mistake that doesn't happen that much. Usually the game spawns you far from the objective when there are enemies inside.
At the first half of the video he had problems with packages, seen at the orange icon in the top right corner, wich causes some lagg. I have experienced this to with battlefield 1 and had to relocate my router.

Bro, how do I get an internet connection like yours? I literally have to predict what my network is gonna do. I see guys approaching you and they end up shooting you a second after coming into your view (tells me you gotta REALLY fast connection.) I’ve been absolutely destroyed by guys who arent very skilled because my ping is trash but mine always feels worse. HELP! ANYONE!!!

You must have something wrong in the browser, there is always like 4 active servers minimum, European or American, I play in both

Check your slots in settings. Servers are full in U.S. and Europe. I play in both but mostly in U.S.
