In my WP site in registration via CF7 I have selected MAIL-1 and MAIL-2 both so all the participants also get a copy of the email registration. After SPF all the emails in GSuit get warning Sign of "BE careful with this message - This email claims to come from ****.org, but replies will go to an email address at another domain. ...and so on", whereby the email the participants receive doesn't show that after SPF. kindly help me figure out.

I can see that where it says "State" on your screen, next to it there is a green message that says "Authenticating email", and that message shows in my screen but in regular color, not green... however, on the left side of my screen it says "State Activated" (in green) for everyone"
I've already set up my DMARC and DKIM. When I check Google's toolbox it says "No problems were found with the configuration of this domain." That said, the email still shows status as "Not authenticating email". Why is that? Could this limitation be because I"m on the trial period currently? Thank you for your help!

DKIM is the application functionality, so the application that you are using to send emails would need to support it, which i dont think phpmailer does. However, most of the recipient email servers look for either SPF or DKIM to check if the email is legitimate. If you have the IP addresses of your phpmail servers in your SPF, you should be fine.

If my domain is new and G-suite do I then need to wait 24h - 72h before I can setup DKIM?

1. Make sure you are creating the TXT record where you have your name servers.
2. You should give it sometime to reflect the record.

I can't say much based on this context, but looks like a temp error, you should try again in sometime.

Its weird that Google sometimes shows this error, this is a temporary error, just wait for few hours and try again.
